Had a bad experience. I only ordered 2 cheese burgers and a small fry. The cashier charged me for two burgers and a fry never issued me a receipt. Told me I didn't order a fry. Didn't have time to argue with her because I was running late for work. Took a bite into the burger only to find my food cold. They got me. Will spend money at this location again. I suggest termination the crew and hire individuals who take pride in their work. Because it's like they are only there for a check.

For some reason, the last time I ate at this location, the meat tasted funny, and as Wendy's is supposed to fresh cook the meat (worked at the training store a few years ago) it should never taste dried out, under seasoned, or undercooked, but the last experience left me disappointed 😞

I've eaten at many different Wendy's, but this was absolutely THE BEST! The employees were friendly, service was fast and accurate, and all the food was hot and delicious!!! Thanks Wendy's on General de Gaulle (whoever that is)!

I’ve been coming to this location consistently for their lemonade since it came out. Always had my order right with good customer service. But today they did me dirty. 🤦🏾♀️ They gave me a lemonade that was halfway filled with water. I guess they was trying to stretch the lemonade today. Cause I get mine with NO ICE every time. It was obvious that they drastically cut it with water. It was even a different color. I just threw it away. I wasn’t driving back for a refund. Next time please tell me y’all out instead of filling it with water.

Combo specials are great! It's always a guess if the food you're receiving is hot, warm or cold. And. If you order more than one drink ( only the driver in the vehicle-drive thru) don't look for a cup holder. It's as though you committed a crime if you ask for one.

You could tell it was a somewhat new staff as they took awhile with each order. They were pleasant and friendly. I ordered a salad, nuggets and a frosty. No complaints with the accuracy of the order, and the nuggets were nice, hot and crispy. The salad and frosty were both good as expected. Ordered with the online app and it was a great experience. Would be 5 stars if the line moved quicker.

Worst part of the visit today was the cold potatoes, slightly burnt sausage and the manager was not having a welcoming morning. The best part was the warm oatmeal bar. Can't wait for the breakfast to go national on March 2nd so I won't have to only get Wendy's breakfast only when I come to New Orleans. The Wendy's closer to my house is much friendlier and the freestyle drink machine stays stocked and always works. Bye Gen. De Gaulle Wendy's.
