7 Best restaurant in New Orleans, Louisiana (LA) 2025

Decided to stop here for a quick bite to eat. I was in the mood for the fish sandwich that was on an advertisement but I couldn't find it on the menu. Took awhile to get our order taken & when we finally did we have a nice drive thru operator.. Placed an order that the fish sandwich was made fresh and not double dipped meaning sitting under a heat lamp-then reheated and served. Anyway we were asked to pull to the side which we did. That took awhile and when we finally got the sandwich with hard as a brick and looked burned (see photo) We were told they can't give Refunds cause their general manager wasn't on duty. I don't know how you can accept somebody's money give them something you wouldn't eat yourself then tell em they can't get a refund. Ok. We asked that it is redone and was told it always comes out like that. Ok we waited again for awhile and surprisingly it was made fresh and even though the crust on the fish was hard but not brick hard it was actually hot and fresh! Seriously I thought I was gonna have to call corporate cause like I said they said no refunds. So buyer BEWARE ~nunya

I couldn't give it a lower rating of -99 it needs. I ordered door dash a baconzilla combo large with a sweet tea. Two chilli dogs with cheese sauce.and a medium chocolate shake. This is what I got for my chilli dogs... This is what the large fries looked like and this is what was supposed to be the chocolate shake I paid 5.00 for . The best part about this meal was the full refund I got from door dash. So I can at least try again with another restaurant. Learn from my experience and stay away from this disrespectful place. ~Billy

The food was cold and obviously not fresh. They new thing is making sure your fries are hot and fresh but the rest of the food must not matter. My nuggets were cold to the touch. My burger was thrown together and my fries were hot. If it's not something you would eat you should not serve it. Especially, because I'm paying my hard earned money for it. ~August

The employee in the drive thru gave us our food and when asked if that was all he turned and walked away instead of answering. The nuggets were burnt, fries were cold and then to top it off my daughter found a fly cooked into her burger. Unless you want horrible service and bugs cooked into your food I would not recommend it. My family was in town for vacation and running late for a tour or would have turned around and taken it back to the store then. We are contacting the corporate office. ~Mar

The staff was very friendly and prompt. The food was delicious. The prices may seem a little high for some of the menu items, but you'll understand when you see the portions. Each item can easily be shared between two adults. The calzone pictured is the children's portion. The adult size is about twice the size of this one. The lasagna pictured also cane with a large side salad. We would definitely visit here again if we are ever back in NOLA. ~Angie

Had a bad experience. I only ordered 2 cheese burgers and a small fry. The cashier charged me for two burgers and a fry never issued me a receipt. Told me I didn't order a fry. Didn't have time to argue with her because I was running late for work. Took a bite into the burger only to find my food cold. They got me. Will spend money at this location again. I suggest termination the crew and hire individuals who take pride in their work. Because it's like they are only there for a check. ~David

We ordered from here for lunch and we’re surprised with the poor quality and taste of everything. I ordered the quinoa kale salad with salmon and there was no kale, the lettuce was sparse and wilted, the quinoa was a gelatinous mash with little flavor. We ordered the avocado toast which turned out to be toast with the “idea of avocado” spread on top. The soups were ok but you could get the same quality form a grocery store can. The baguette was ok, but again low quality. The green beans were tasteless and overcooked but somehow still rubbery. Would not recommend. ~Christina
