I chose the 'Hut' by comparing reviews. Pizza Hut's 5 star rating increased, over the past year, from 24% to 58%. Somebody over there is paying attention to the comments. But, they seem to either 'knock it out of the park' or bomb (few, if any, 2-4). Lucky, for me, my pizza was great; just a bit too much sauce, for me. It should be a 4.5. No '5 star' because they didn't ensure that the 'safety seal' had ACTUALLY sealed the box. 🤷♀️

I place an online order for delivery in the amount of $36 they sent an email stating carry out and took the funds. I called this store talked 3 different people. 1st individual which was a guy he hung up after I told him that they sent me an email stating it carry out which it was for delivery. 2nd I called back a lady answered told her the situation. She said it was probably the call center that I was speaking with so I asked to speak to the manager she too hung up. 3rd I call again this time it was a Spanish person I ask her could she give me the manager name and number for that store, she place me hold for 15 minutes. Not one of those unprofessional individuals would give me their names or the manager name and number. I get it that they may be short of workers but you don't take people money then send false emails because they can't deliver the on their end. If I could give no stars I would. This place is a joke!

I ordered a pizza and cinnamon sticks, at 7pm, through the website. Paid $27.06. At 7:40 I got a text saying DOORDASH was delivering my order. At 7:50pm I received another text that my order was out for delivery. Then at 8:05 I got an email and text that my order was cancelled. I tried to call the store but they closed at 8. I never received my food and was charged. Thankfully Dominos was open and I quickly placed an order and picked it up so my children would stop screaming “I’m hungry”. I’ve reached out to corporate and am awaiting a conclusion. **UPDATE. I received a call from this location and received a full refund a week later.

Food was on time. The pizza was delicious and good, but our boneless chicken had a long piece of hair in it!! I was so angry that I just threw the whole 24 peace away (lost 20.99 + tax). Hair nets should be required when making food for other people, it’s nasty and unsanitary. So I gave a 1 star.

Place was clean and service was quick. Angel was running register and was very patient, and very sweet to everyone in the place. She deserves a high-five, or whatever PH does for its rockstar employees.

Sure, I ordered a 2 large pizzas and two drinks for a school related function. This order was made at 1130 am. After twenty or more calls the pizza arrived at 245 pm. Now school is dismissing. I called the manager who agreed to reimburse my credit card. It’s been 6 days yet no reimbursement. I guess I’ve been screwed. I called after six days and a worker claimed she had no idea of how to remedy the problem. I GUESS IVE BEEN SCREWED. Horrible service and 40.00 down the drain

Extremely easy to order online. Delivery time estimate was right on time. Excellent delivery driver via Door Dash! Instructions were followed to the letter. Most of all the pizzas were AWESOME!!!

A fly came along with my pizza in and unsealed box today. Store manager had an attitude when I called and reported it. I have sent an email with pictures to the store. Still waiting on a response or compensation!

Calling in for a pizza was a joke. So I headed over to do a walk-in for my personal pan pizza. AJ, the manager, took my order and up-sold my personal pizza to a personal pan pizza & a drink; for .50¢ more. The CHEESE pizza took the full 15 minutes to cook and once completed, I was out the door. AJ was pleasant & gave “New Orleans” style greeting to all who entered “hey baby...”. Love it. So much charm in this city. Parking is in a shared lot, good luck finding a spot. My food was great and I’ll be back baaayyyyyyyy-bae!!!!!!
