Horrible customer service. The lady at the register is rude. Took over an hour for 3 pizzas. Will not ever return to this establishment.

This was the first time in nearly 2 years I have ordered from this Pizza Hut due to poor customer service and food quality. This will likely be my last. There was very little toppings and the extra cheese I paid for I did not receive.

Service was great. Food however was not. Ordered pan pizza that were very dry. Couldn't even finish them.

We used to frequent this location, like at least once a week, but lately it hasn't been worth it. We waited so long for a delivery a few months ago that we ended up just going to get it ourselves (over an hour). After that we started getting dominos instead. Last night we ordered two pizzas and wings. My thin and crispy pizza came with literal dough in the center, like sticky, wet dough. My fiance's hand tossed came so wet the box was leaking. The wings came out alright. We called "our store" and got a call center instead and were eventually placed on hold to "talk to a manger." After 20 minutes on hold we just went to the store and had them remake the pizzas. My thin and crispy redo was still hardly done, in fact I put it in my own oven for nearly 15 additional minutes. And I'm not one that likes burnt pizza, but I do want a thin and crispy pizza, not a thin, soggy, cold cheese pie. We decided to order pizza because we wanted something quick. But instead of having dinner at 6:15ish, I ate at 8:30 trying to fix Pizza Hut's mess. It was a mess.

I received my order 50 minutes after the scheduled time I was supposed to receive the order. When I called the restaurant I was transferred to at least 4 different people and was asked each time if I wanted to make an order for pick up or delivery. I explained that I was calling to find out where my order was, and the last time I was put on hold and no one ever picked up again. Finally, we received the order, and it was lukewarm at best. No apologies from the delivery guy. This is the second unsatisfactory experience that we have had from this restaurant and we are unlikely to give it another try.

Stuffed crust pizza’s were on sale so we ordered 2 of them. There was not much cheese in the crust. A lot of crust but not much cheese. I know there are a lot of new employees and I understand some are probably still training. We order from Pizza Hut frequently and most of our experiences have been fine.

PROCEED WITH CAUTION! I accidentally placed an order online with this location. Realized immediately when I received the confirmation that the one I chose didn't go through. There was no link to cancel on the website or my order confirmation. I called the phone number in my confirmation email. It rang and rang. Finally someone answered, but she was in the call center. She said she would transfer me to the restaurant. More holding and holding. Finally another answer. It's now a different associate at the call center. Again she said that she would transfer me to the restaurant. More ringing and holding. Guess what happens next? Yep, more call center. It seems that if no one answers at the restaurant, it goes back to the call center. So I explained to the call center associate that I just needed my order cancelled, and surely there must be another way. Nope, must talk to the store to get it cancelled.... but they won't answer. So the manager at the call center took my name and phone number and said that the restaurant would call me back. Well that was 2 hours ago, and naturally I'm not surprised that I haven't received that call. I am out of state. I guess they don't care that I never picked up my pizza since it was already paid for. Hopefully they will care once I dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Waited ten min. Before he tookordertold me it be almost 2 hrs before they could deliver pizza to a place only 3 min. Away. So we picked it up. At least it was good n hot. Drinks warm cooler wasn't working. The cashier's nails we're so long she had to turn her hand sideways to get $$$ change out of the drawer. Crazy but true.

Took awhile for delivery when it's literally across the street and there Is the box looking like this when I get. Seals broken sides of the box hanging out. Then there is the preparation of the pizza. As you can see by the pictures they literally just threw whole stacks of pepperoni on the pizza. I won't be ordering from this particular establishment again.

The delivery lady said, sorry there is a bald spot on your pizza. Oh that’s why you ordered light sauce. “ What does light sauce have to do with no cheese on the pizza. Never again.
