I have tried twice to shop in your store. I do not live in town and it takes me at least 20 minutes to get to your store. A few days ago you closed by 6 and again today at 3. The website showed you were open till 10pm. I have wasted gas which is NOT cheap and I had 2 coupons that i have been wanting to use that expired TODAY! Who is going to cover these 2 things? No one! If your are going to close early change the website at least!! This is ridiculous! Stop taking a ridiculous amount of time to hire people! And if your current employees don’t want to work, it’s a simple fix… HIRE MORE & fire the ones you have! UPDATE! Well it’s been 2 weeks and it’s only 7:30 pm. I was in the store this afternoon and the manager checked me out at the register. She is always very nice. She handed me what I thought was my last bag to put in my car to leave. I got home missing some items. I called and I had left three items in another bag still at the store. I asked her how late she would be open and she told me on the phone and in the store when I ask her what time they would be closing she said 10 o’clock just went up there at 7:30 to retrieve my last bag of Irene and they are already closed. Cover in DG fire these lazy slackers and hire people That want and need to work!

I have applied here multiple times and one worker will tell me their not hiring and the other encourages me to apply and that she’ll even recommend me . Their phone isn’t working or there are just really lazy and just don’t freaking answer it . Not all but few of the workers are completely rude and disrespectful and I honestly dread coming to this store . April 11th , 2022 9pm I came into Dollar General today and it was my boyfriend friends Preston working and I didn’t get the other lady’s name but we came in for some food and the only payment I had was venmo this lady and Preston tried their hardest to scan the code and go through all these things but they couldn’t figure it out . This lady looks at us and says “I got it” pulls out her card and pays for $10 worth of food for me and my boyfriend and I had never had such a small kind act from someone at this store . I really want this women to be recognized and possibly rewarded for her kind act .

Vary well laid out my only opinion is they need 3 workers at all time to keep rotation going when it's busy busy two cash registers open and one stocks and does the odds and ends and they take turns but outher than that great place to get things we all need 😃

Guys I'm a local and shop here it was very dirty and run down with too many items laying around in boxes with no where to stock them. As of a month or so ago they have had renovations and look better than ever and changed the layout to give the store an appearance of being larger and capable of holding more items. A great place to shop with decent prices too

5/24/19 I entered your establishment, as I have done many times on hot summer days, generally when the Popsicles have become sparce, or the dish soap has run dry. I have never encountered an issue, the staff has always been friendly enough, and you always have what I need when I need it. Today however, I walked in, was unexcitedly greeted by the woman at the checkout counter, I said my 'hi how are yas' and got about my brief shopping adventure. I was soon stopped by another attendant who rudely told me to remove my bag and leave it at the counter or take it back to my car. Now as I stated previously, I have been here many, many times and have never been asked to do this. I would not have thought anything of it, had I not noticed that the other two women in the store, who both were of Caucasian origin, carrying bags thrice the size of my own, neither of which were asked to remove their bags. I said, 'well this sure seems like a racial thing' as I was the only one with any melanin in her skin in the store. I was highly offended, I am grateful that my children were not there to witness the disgusting backhanded racism I experienced at your store! This is the first time I have experienced anything of the sort in this peaceful community. I am certain that my monthly popsicle and soap runs will not be missed by your store, but please note you have lost a patron, and my respect. Sending you sweet healing light!

Women's toilet has been broken for 2 years. Customers have to reach in tank, which has no lid, in cold water to lift the flap.

They never have anything in stock and it's always hot in there. They also never use the other check out lane and the Lines can get long. Dollar General has gone down hill in the past few years, people that work there are nice tho..

It's convenient to shop at. The prices are competitive. The reason for the 3 stars is its crowded. The employees do the best they can. Just to much work for to few people. They're always very nice and try to assist you you.

It is the worst store and the manger there has a hard time keeping people because the pay so less . The manger is great but she is so understaffed its dirty there is never anything on the shelf. some days like to day you get there at 9 am and the store is still closed with no one in site it's just bullshit . Oh and the long lines.
