Best variety store in New Haven, Kentucky (KY) 2024

I have tried twice to shop in your store. I do not live in town and it takes me at least 20 minutes to get to your store. A few days ago you closed by 6 and again today at 3. The website showed you were open till 10pm. I have wasted gas which is NOT cheap and I had 2 coupons that i have been wanting to use that expired TODAY! Who is going to cover these 2 things? No one! If your are going to close early change the website at least!! This is ridiculous! Stop taking a ridiculous amount of time to hire people! And if your current employees don’t want to work, it’s a simple fix… HIRE MORE & fire the ones you have! UPDATE! Well it’s been 2 weeks and it’s only 7:30 pm. I was in the store this afternoon and the manager checked me out at the register. She is always very nice. She handed me what I thought was my last bag to put in my car to leave. I got home missing some items. I called and I had left three items in another bag still at the store. I asked her how late she would be open and she told me on the phone and in the store when I ask her what time they would be closing she said 10 o’clock just went up there at 7:30 to retrieve my last bag of Irene and they are already closed. Cover in DG fire these lazy slackers and hire people That want and need to work! ~Cynthia
