Update your hours on your website! It's frustrating when you have a house full of sick people and show up at 11:30 on a Saturday night and the store is closed when the hours say they are open until 1AM.

Great selection of organic foods - fruits, vegetables, and meats. Very nice GF foods. They carry a lot of the same things as Whole Foods but not as pricey, plus you don’t have to drive to Shreveport.

I placed my order at 7:09 online I drove to the Whataburger. The young lady at the counter said my order would be ready shortly and asked me to have a seat in my car and she would bring it to me it is now 7:54 PM and I just got my order. Really should fast food take almost an hour to receive? The young lady was too busy sitting at the front talking to another customer and then when I went in to inquire about my order she went to the back and got the bag. She didn’t apologize she just said “here you go” and tossed the bag at me. Very disappointed and the customer service is unacceptable! Seriously doubt if I will ever come back to this Whataburger! Not only is our food cold (because I’m sure it had been sitting in the back for awhile) They shorted our order!

So, overall I really like this store. I am very disappointed with the steamer at the meat counter. This machine spends about 90% of the time down….pretty much down every time I shop there. Seems like the store manager could hire someone to figure this out or get a machine that works . I’m told the machine is brand new, and sometimes get the feeling I’m being told it doesn’t work because employees behind the counter don’t want to use it??? Overall enjoy the store though

Why would this store take a online curbside shopping order. Text you that your order is ready then make you wait after checking in. I called the store after 30 min.They said some people had been waiting over a hour. I decided to leave. I was informed my order was cancelled the next day. No apologies for inconvenience. To many other stores are getting it right. Kroger needs to step up there game. This happened few weeks ago. I have not returned yet.

Things were going great until I got up the register. I wish I got her name but she was very disappointed that I came through her line today. I had buggy full of groceries. I could see it in her face after I started unloading my buggy. As she scanning my food, she was getting rough with the products that I was purchasing. She even slammed down my drinks down onto the belt. Now imagine how much pressure just built up in them. My drinks after I purchased them. Not only that I spent almost $300 on groceries. My money that I worked for. She could tell toward the end that I was not pleased with her attitude. I couldn’t understand why she was so disappointed in me in the first place. I did nothing to her to deserve such disrespect. If she didn’t want to work today, she should of just called in. I was having a great day until I let this petty little girl ruin my day. Her horrible day leaked out into mine. Which shouldn’t have happened.

For the love of God teach you pickers for store pickup what cross contamination is and don't bother with ordering a cake. Ordered my son's two weeks in advance when I went to pick it up they told me oh our system's down and our cake decorator hasn't been coming to work. Sorry. You guys can't pick up a phone and let us know that you're too incompetent to make a cake. I could have made it myself. Is it really that hard to find employees that aren't complete failures?

Update: I gave them even more chances and nothing changed. Finally, after not receiving half my order, I immediately went into the store and picked up almost all of the items on my list (these are things like black beans and potato chips). I tried to speak with a manager and he told me things probably weren't stocked when pick up was grabbing my items. A simple "oh, I'm sorry about that, I'll speak with them" would have enough to satisfy me, but instead, his tone and body language was rude and defensive. Seems like I need to not waste my time with Kroger anymore. Don't waste your time with the pick up. Every single time I place an order, I get home without several items on the list. Some items are substituted, others they just leave off. This review is being left after several attempts of placing orders over several months. I will never use their service again.

I don't know much but, i know every one of these masks are NOT sterile or sanitary. They're literally sitting unsealed, exposed to ANY potential contamination, not to mention it's very probable someone has touched every single one, without gloves. Or even possibly a mask.

Special shout-out to the florists working Friday morning on 11/19. You both worked hard on a literally last-minute boutonniere and bouquet for my wedding that afternoon (not my greatest move) and it looked great! Thanks a ton, don’t know who your manager is but you deserve a raise or a least a bonus! Thanks again!
