The Greet The Professionalism The Courtesy and How the Employee took His Time to train Another employee at the same time still was making sure my wing and my order was correct and made sure it was satisfactory to him before he gave it out to me I love it cause most places just will throw your food anykind of way and not caring about food of other so I thank him very much

Where is the previous manager at this location? It is now a total S%/+ show! Ordered at 11:25-with my points I only had to pay tax. Tried to pick up at 11:50-not ready but collected the tax in cash. I was told to wait in the car. 12:15 went back in to check-still not ready. I told them to just give the pizza to one of the MANY other people that were waiting. These workers were making food, putting into hotbox and ignoring customers. It was BAD! Have always enjoyed lunch here-will not be back!

My main complaint is that I ordered both pizzas with extra cheese and extra bell peppers and both pizzas did not have extra of either. I paid an additional fee for the extra cheese and was very disappointed that I did not receive what I wanted.

Called last week, and was hung up on 3 times. Decided it was maybe a fluke. Placed an order 4-6-2020 over the phone, given a total, and told a time. When I arrived, they said I called the wrong one, but they can make my order. Stuff happens, maybe I did. The proceed to charge me more than they said in the phone, and been waiting well over an hour and still no pizza. I didn’t order ahead because I wanted to spend 2 hours trying to get pizza. Between being hung up on and the absolutely terrible service, I’ll drive more than a little out of my way not to use these folks again. Edit: at an hour and a half wait (after being told it would only be a few minutes), I left with no pizza. An absolute joke of an establishment.
