This is a pizza hut dedicated to delivery and I ordered my food through their site and it was delivered by Doordash. They have nothing saying they deliver through doordash. In the area i live in door dash drivers for some reason are shady. I have had nothing but bad experiences with them so now pizza hut is another restaurant I will never eat from again.

Customer Service Is Horrible; Delivery order wrong, paid on CC and couldn't find the person I need to talk to to get it corrected because evrytime you call a Pizza Hut you end up talking to a call center. I am done with this company.

Ordered pizza online after 11:00am got there around 11:20am my pizza hadn't even been put in the oven yet. The lady ask what's the name then finally put my pizza in the oven. My pizza was ready at 11:55. What's the purpose of ordering online if the pizza isn't going to be ready upon arrival?

Look, I know fast food restaurants - especially pizza places - get a bad rap. (Yes, it is usually justified.) However, this Pizza Hut has friendly employees, and the food is always hot, fresh and delicious. (Isn't it a shame that we can't always get all three from most places?) Seriously, I go out of my way to visit this location. And don't sleep on their new Melts! I'm not a fan of thin crust, but those Melts are ridiculous. Once the "Create Your Own" option is available, it's goin to be on.

I never had a bad experience from this Pizza Hut before until today. Do not order from them. I ordered a meaty Detroit style pizza only to get a very sloppy saucy only about 5 pepperonis on the whole pizza and it was suppose to come with ALL the meats. I also ordered a meat lovers pan pizza only for the dough not to be completely done. I'm disappointed with the service that they provide now. I won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered and paid for a pizza to be delivered and it never was delivered. The store wouldn't answer the phone so I could check on it and when I called customer service, they told me to wait another 15 minutes and call back if pizza isn't delivered....at that time I had been waiting for 2 hrs smh

The manager, Delvin, on Sunday 7/10 was very helpful locating my pizza being delivered by DoorDash. The first door dasher didn’t go into the store thinking it was closed and i called the store and the manager said he was the only one there and he tried to problem solve and come up with a way to deliver my pizza to me. He was very kind and was trying his best to solve the issue and eventually Door Dash sent another dasher to pick up my order and Delvin called me back to let me know the dasher had picked up my order and was on the way. I appreciate your help!

My order was delivered wrong ,I called them a nice young man remade my pizza an sent it to me for free but it was black burnt an hard as hell .. nobody could even bite it..dog would not even eat it...u see that pizza..I would be ashamed to send that out to someone...an I paid 34$ for that pizza dinner

i ordered my pizza at 4:06, got an out for delivery notification at 4:18 waited for an hour before calling. called & spoke with a lady name Precious who told us to call back in 30 minutes because they didnt have a driver & were supposedly waiting on a door-dash driver. i gave it 30 minutes called again, spoke with the same lady Precious & whoever her supervisor was, sounded like a young kid, & they told me that pizza hut transferred to door-dash drivers instead of pizza hut delivery. they both told me they didnt think it was necessary to call people on their orders, keep in mind it says no one at all on the website when pizza hut doesnt have their own drivers. i should have been informed about my order 20-30 minutes after i placed it, i should not had to call an hour after i ordered it to see where it was, i also should not have waited almost TWO HOURS for my pizza… this is unacceptable pizza hut… if i could give 0 stars i would.

I called about these and this man told me they were pre cut and they couldn't do anything about. No way somebody put this in this package and thought the was OK. For reference I put a lid to a 20 ounce soda bottle in there and the wings are smaller. 8 piece is two and a half edible wings the rest is just batter
