The two ladies working did not even attempt to try and show me any new boots or offer me any assistance on the boots that ive haf for maybe 8 months that where leaking and the lining coming apart. I am done with this location for sure and maybe even redwing all together. 300 dollars for boots and maybe get 8 months out of them. Im good. Not again.

Customer service was fine but they were unable to use a gift card. Apparently their system had been down since October 2020. Time of the visit was February 2021.

This place is so helpful. The lady was so nice an she took care of three customers all at once I think that is so amazing she timed it so that none of us was waiting . I recommend this store highly. When they did not have the boots I needed she was quick to find a store that would have. I wind up having to get a size c not a b but it was ok cause things like that happen but I still love the service I received

Lady was awesome! I gave her the style number and size of the boot I wanted, she walked to the back and came right out with it. She came out front and assisted in me trying them on, perfect fit. Wish it was that easy everywhere.

I had sent my wife to pick up my boots for me since I couldn't make it there before they closed. 2 days had passed before I was able to make to the bossier redwing store, and I walk in and explain the situation to the sales ladies there( the boots my wife picked up were a 10.5 B, and I wear 10.5 D). They didn't have any at this store but had a pair at the Shreveport store. The owner said I'll be right with your boots sir. Absolutely outstanding customer service. I will definitely continue to do business here. Gratefully Dwain Ashlock

Been buying boots here for a while, I have never used the red wing warranty but when i finally need to, I got declined of a boot replacement. The boots was 265 dollars , and only had for like 4 months.

Well let's just start with this so you don't waste your time. There will be a 45 dollar "sizing fee" if you would like to try on shoes at this location. Unless you decided to purchase then they will waive the fee. There has been too many people using the store for sizing then ordering online they say. I personally see this as a we don't feel like leaving our chair and giving any amount of customer service unless we are guaranteed a sale. Really 45 dollars? Thats not even reasonable price for sizing. A 10 to 20 dollar fee would be sad but understandable. No you jump to 45 dollars because apparently your store is so busy you need to thin out the herd from throwing money at you. This is a slap in the face to anyone that has worked in customer service. I understand the aggravation of putting time into someone and then still not making a sale but charging a 45 dollar fee will to offer basic customer service is appalling.

I walked in and I was greeted with great customer service. The CSR treated me with awesome service throughout my process of finding a boot that would fit my need. I most definitely recommend the Red Wing store to meet your needs.
