Singed up for a 9:30am drive thru COVID test on the website. Pharmacy window doesn't open until 10am. Too bad I can't rate this place ZERO stars.
05.2022DS,
Last year around this time Labcorp was pretty efficient and helpful during my employment process! I usually frequent the CVS closer to my home but while out, this store was closer and it had exactly what I needed. Prune juice 🤫 and some stew 🍲 for this cold.. cashier was friendly and made my checkout a breeze!

Pharmacy refused to help customers at 6:45pm on 1/06/2022 even though they don’t close until 7pm. There was no extenuating circumstance furnished. They just said they were closed and weren’t getting anyones medications.

This Walgreens has for 8 plus years been a frequent stop for me and my family. Employees there have always been friendly, helpful, and courteous. I have consistently been greeted with a, "welcome to walgreens!" Tonight was a totally different experience. I walked into the store and was not greeted, although i recognized that the cashier had quite a long line. While i was waiting in line, the cashier had a customer return with a mistake on his bill. I allowed him to approach the cashier with his problem prior to my Check out. When she put him aside for her manager to deal with, i walked up and ordered cigarettes. I was very specific with what i wanted. The cashier returned with an incorrect product. Prior to her ringing the incorrect product up, i stopped her and advised that she was not ringing up what i had asked for. She mumbled that the product i wanted and what she mistakedly brought were "the same price so I will get you what you want." I did receive what i wanted in the end, but was very taken aback by the rudeness i received. If i wanted to be treated as such, i would have just gone to a gas station. I am a loyal Walgreens customer who is not looking for special treatment, but respectful, professional treatment, as i have received for 8 plus years at this location.

The absolute worst pharmacy experience. After being notified to pick up a prescription I was told they refuse, due to individual store policy, to fill the prescription until the next day. Is this for a legal reason? No. Is this because there is an insurance requirement? No. They simply choose to inconvenience there customers. In my case, bc I am currently walking, they also choose to put me at risk due to the lack of safe sidewalks. Why I ask again? No reason. Simply individual policy. With no consideration to circumstances or logic. Their policy is a travesty. This is why laws exist. Doctors exist. Store policy should not supersede the law, insurance and a medical doctor. Shame on you Walgreens. You are a disgrace.

The automated system for refilling your prescriptions on time does not work & the auto system you call to refill prescriptions Is 💩💩 it don’t work at all. & the employees don’t answer and when they do there rude and wonder why I don’t use the Broken auto system. Every month I got to call my doctor to send in my script because they never get a fax. Takes me 3 days to get anything refilled. Other pharmacies automated systems are much more easy, organized, and faster to use. I have seen other pharmacies where the managers care about there reviews and try to do better but Walgreens don’t care they a big corporation nothing matters to them as long as they get there pay checks on time.

Went to return an item that had the wrong item in it as did multiple of the same items did when I returned to try to exchange it. The lady on the register was extremely nice and kind, but the manager should not be a manager. Her customer service is not up to par. When you are in management, you should never assume the worse in people without understanding the situation. She basically made it seem as if I was trying to switch something with that wasn’t purchased there. I understand that I didn’t have the receipt, but to basically assume the worse in someone is not something a manager should do. I was extremely nice, as I am a manager in customer service myself. Do better.

We started using this Walgreens because of the drive thru convenience. After today and the 4th time weve gone inside the past month, we will be switching our 11 prescriptions and business to the Walgreens on Vets and Martin B. The staff in both the store and pharmacy are not only ALWAYS rude, they are completely incompetent.

I so much as touched a charging cable that had a lock on it and the lock fell to the floor. Clerk yelled at me from the cash register accusing me of pulling the merchandise. Maybe secure your locks instead of yelling at customers. I’m not your child requiring a scolding, I’m a client deserving respect.
