Walked inside to drop off prescription. At 1:12 the prescription was in pharmacist tech hand and asked will I wait. I said yes I need it. She takes it and then comes back and says it won’t be ready until after 3 because they go to lunch at 1:30. So I advised I am in the system and get all prescriptions filled so I know it won’t take until 1;30. Another pharmacist putting labels on meds says we don’t work during lunch. Nor did I ask you to. I’m asking you to run my prescription now as I am the only one standing here. I took my prescription and left. They definitely need better staff working this location the reviews are correct.

This store has truly changed for the worst I once loved coming to this location as its very close to my home and corporate job but the experience with the store manager is awful. He truly is a rude person and simply doesn't care about the service he provides to customers his attitude is awful an he definitely needs training on how to delicately handle customers versus treating them as if there not needed or don't matter.

The store Manager is very rude an awful he really needs to be removed from his position. He handles customers as if they were children and he has a nasty attitude as if he doesn't wanna be at work an he's bothered by customers very awful CVS was once a great store not anymore I'll take my business elsewhere.

Awful store and manager of the store extremely rude he has a nasty attitude CVS clearly don't care about there customers hiring someone like him he definitely us the reason I will be shopping at Walgreens from now on.

Ok I will to try to make this is nice. Because God don't like ugly. First of all if you don't want to work helping us customers you need to find another job. we will like to be treated just the way you want to be treated. I went in to pick up my meds for some reason they were not ready. In which I'm said ok well lets fill them and I will be back tomorrow. she rolled her eyes and huff and puff when I didnt know the name of the medicine well I can't say it. ok i let that pass. then another meds. I just knwew what i was taking the meds for. i mean i know we chould know the name of the medicines we take but if i see it i know it. she had very bad attitude. I was like you can see what i take there and it's not like i'm taking 10,000 medds. I 'm only have 4 that i take. so i walked out and said forget i will call it and told her to change her ways on how she helps people. I think she was mad because the other lady was there and she didnt try to help bascially they are rude. they didnt even said hi or they will be a second nothing. and this is not the first time. just ,my first time companing. I called to talked to the maanger and guess what she is the one that hlp me. I called and the rudness i got even over the phone. Horrible service! I came to do covid test at 11 am, it was 4 cars front of me. Its been 1 hour already sitting in the car with a 6 month old baby, and 2 cars still from of me! Thats why people not able to receive a right help and specially on time! I guess workers doesn't know how to use a computer, or they don't care at all. Very disappointed. Feel sorry for people!

I usually pick up my prescriptions in the drive through, but went inside on my recent visit because I needed to grab a few items. I immediately noticed that the store was clean and organized throughout. Huge kudos to the guy working in the pharmacy because he told two people they needed to have a mask on. My prescription was free so I paid for my other items at the front counter. I had some gift cards and the cashier was confused about how I could pay for them. She said I could only use a debit card, but I like to use my credit card in order to get points. She went back and forth about what I could do and then called the manager to the front. When the manager arrived, the cashier didn’t say anything so I had to ask and he said a credit card is fine as long as my ID matched. Other than that hiccup, I’d say my shopping experience was good.

Could've gone without the snide remark from the pharmacist... I came in a moment ago to ask if they had any Covid test kits and was meet with a rather rude woman at the pharmacy. I don't remember her name (and I don't really care for it at this point) as she didn't have a name tag on. At first, it was a simple "hi, do you have..." Question, meet with a quick, loud "NO" followed by an annoyed look on her face. I said my thanks and turned to leave. I turned the corner, but stopped to look at some vitamins before leaving. I'm assuming she thought I left since I wasn't within her sight, but I could definitely still hear what she said next to her co-workers in the pharmacy. Lady, I don't know you. I don't know whatever problems you're having that's making your day so foul that you feel inclined to talk nasty and bite someone's head off for asking a simple question. Be kind to others and you'll live a happy life. Surround yourself with negativity and you'll only grow to hate the place you work. ✌️

Much better stocked than the Walgreens down the street. Very polite people working the register, both morning and night shifts. They have a pair of self checkouts which speed things up when it's busy. Only complaints are lack of tobacco and trickiness buying alcohol via self checkout, but those issues have nothing to do with this particular store.

It’s probably worst CVS around. Always has a mildew smell or something. Their hours are horrible and always are out of stock of standard medicines. The pharmacist was extremely nice however she is no longer there. Some of the techs are extremely rude.
