Wed night in a storm I bought a washer and dryer I would like to say THANK YOU so.. much to Nathan and Lowe's..and to let u know he is definitely an asset to your company he was AWESOME ! Nathan helped me every step of the way which made my purchase so easy for me ..he was patient took the time to explain everything giving me all my options ..because of him I left feeling extremely confident with my choices as well as my new washer and dryer..YAY 😊 thank u again jevonne

Went to Lowe's this morning to price options for a culvert type drainage system. While looking at corrugated piping, John from Lawn & Garden asked if was finding everything okay. I explained the purpose for drainage and my 'vision' for accomplishing my project, he offered ideas I hadn't thought of. He walked me around to Plumbing and showed me ideas that were much less that what I was originally looking at and even had optional extras to make my project simpler, quicker, better looking, and most importantly, for more than half the price of the items I was looking at originally. To know that John represents Lowe's culture of not pushing customers to higher price point options but rather those that we can do ourselves with ease and great results. This is why I continue to return to Lowe's. Thanks John in Lawn & Garden.

The staff inside were very Helpful, Polite, and Pleasant! A rarity in these parts. I wish I remembered the name of the older gentleman that pointed me toward the Hose section because I must have had "Lost" written all over my face!! I enjoyed this location, was able to find what I needed and get in/out in a timely manner. I'd definitely recommend this location for Customers...

I ordered a new refrigerator online with my Lowes credit card and it was scheduled for delivery for 7-2-22. I spent the morning of 7-2-22 placing all of our food from the old refrigerator in coolers with ice so I could dismantle our old refrigerator and get it out of the way for the new refrigerator. After we did all of that we got a call XPO Logistics, Lowes delivery contractor, that they unboxed the refrigerator and noticed it was damaged and they could not deliver it. WHY THEY UNBOXED MY MERCHANDISE BEFORE THEY DELIVERED IT I DO NOY KNOW. So the wife and I went to Lowes to pick up a refrigerator and of course they did not have the one we wanted in stock. Not only did we have to purchase a refrigerator we did not want, mind you 5 hours later our food is still in coolers with ice keeping it fresh, we had to lug this huge thing in our house by ourselves because you only get the free delivery if you purchase it and schedule it for delivery. Here’s the WORST part of our Lowes experience. We were not able to return the “damaged” refrigerator because it was still with the shipping company and not in the store. Yes we had to max out our Lowes credit card to purchase ANOTHER refrigerator in order to not lose hundreds of dollars of groceries. I just received a text today that the refrigerator we initially purchased was scheduled for delivery tomorrow!!!!!!! Are you kidding me?! Lowes is the perfect name for this place because our major purchase was very LOW. My company has a commercial account with Lowes and Home Depot and believe me after this horrible experience I will be using Home Depot to purchase all my company’s needs through Home Depot and cutting up my personal Lowes credit card and getting a Home Depot credit card.

I ordered lumber on line ?why must we gonto the front for lumber whenbitsbon the other end of the building and making changes are interesting lowes seems to have multiple systems running for refunds and pick up and who knows what else Not efficient or customer frienly the systems not the people two teipsbto customers service to make adjustments which should have been hand scaned off and whatever new items added help us please

The store wasn't busy at all. If you wanted any help finding something then you're gonna search the huge place for a employee to assist you. Besides that it's a clean store and parking lot.

This rating is for the young lady Suzan (I think) who helped me out the other day. First time ever has one of their employees asked me if they could help me find something. I just knew I was gonna have a terrible experience in here that day but I was facing a severe deadline and NEEDED to go in to aquire a much needed supply. The visit was as expected with the exception of a young lady who seemed genuine when she asked if I needed some help. As a matter of fact, I did. She was very polite, very happy, and more than helpful. I fear that she'll either be fired soon for helping the customers or become jaded by the staff there. Either way, that was the first and only time someone has gone outa their way to help me in one of these store. Kudos for you, girl, u did an amazing job. Thanks again

I showed up at Lowes on 4/8/22 to purchase a toolbox that was on sale an had the cashier setup a pickup later for it. Show up few hours later to pickup the toolbox to find out it was sold from under me. All they are willing to do is give me my money back of offer me a discount on a toolbox no where near the price of the one I originally purchased.
