Lowes in Bluefield, Va. Shopped there the other day again, would be nice if it was bigger but you can get most things there. Most employees are friendly and some are very helpful and knowledgeable about their products.

Excellent service...!! Cindy cut blinds that worked perfectly. Brandon took care of our paint needs calling other stores to make sure we were accommodated. Great job, thanks, on our way back to Bluefield Loves..

Very helpful on returns. Store is clean. However it is almost impossible to find an employee to assist the customer. When asked the answer is always we are just so short staffed. No one came to help after asking multiple employees who stated that wasn’t their department.

We were in the garden center and 2 employees was standing talking and9 never offered to help me. So we left and went to the one in Princeton wv I will not visit this place again

Friendly people. The store has a different layout than some of the other stores I have been in trying to find things. Sales tax is lower!

We were there to purchase some landscape members and a few other things, several employees were seen in the area, none offered assistance, so we moved our vehicle closer to be able to load the purchase easier..again no one offered assistance they were just complaining about their work schedule and 1 stated They didn't care if there was customers there or not he was closing the gate because he was getting off on time, so we turned around and left without making our purchase. We will not be going back there anytime soon

Just left the store and really pleased with one employee especially, Carl was his name and he helped me find everything I needed even though most wasn't even in his department, that man there deserved a raise or even a promotion, he really seemed like management material, thanks again to Carl at Lowe's in Bluefield va.
