If the USPS refuses to deliver boxes to homes in BVS and hold our deliveries hostage, they should at the very least be open later for mail pick up. Most people are working and cannot make it there by 5pm during the week. I had an important package I need today only to find a slip stating I need to go pick it up at the post office across town and it’s now 5:30pm. The delay of this package will cause me time, gas and about an additional $40. All they have to do is leave the box, I’ve said I will sign a waiver to leave it outside the mailbox or even at the foot of my driveway if it’s too far to go all the way to my door. Just really fed up with this today, it’s become every single box lately.

After 2 weeks of no mail and a formal investigation Tehachapi post office tells me I have to come in to sign a route highway carrier contract. Follow up Post Office tired to make it right. My opinion has improved if our good people in public service.

Tehachapi post office thy have bad experience of delivering your package to the wrong address I never received. It or thy don't pick up you out going mail unless you have incoming mail

This is how the contract carrier near Tompkins handles our community mailbox on multiple occasions. Just leaves it wide open like this. I had five things stolen out of it yesterday. Thanks USPS. First two pictures are from yesterday, last picture is from May. I’m surprised legal action hasn’t been taken against any of these carriers. You’re putting people at high risk for identify theft and fraud.

Get other peoples mail daily. Packages are stuffed in my mailbox box that I can't get out. I receive notifications from usps stating that items were delivered when they weren't. I can see why they are going out of business.

No problems, the counter people are fast, friendly. I often mail out over night envelopes, some weeks every day! I have a pretty good idea how this place works, early in morning not much a line if at all. mid day a line can go all way to the door. So, I try to go before the busy time, the online site has the graph showing busy times. The USPS is cheaper than FedEx, UPS, so why not get to know the nice people at the Tehachapi USPS?

Mail carrier can hardly do his job right. Sending back tracking numbers I see out for delivery and he still sends it back. How lazy. But he will put other names in our box and put our important mail in someone else's box. Can he even read? This is repeatedly happening and is uncalled for.

I do not understand how anyone can give a rating less than 5 stars for the USPS. A package of mine did not arrive as scheduled. I contacted USPS customer care. The next day Sarah from USPS in Tehachapi contacted me to resolve the problem. It took a couple of days, but she resolved the problem, and the package arrived in our mailbox. Excellent service.

I ordered a package online and when I got the gmail saying my package was delivered by/in mailbox, I got scared. My mailbox is near a busy street and I couldn’t find my package no where. I started to call and it kept me going in loops. When I finally went to the post office I told them what happened and it turns out they had delivered my stuff to the wrong house. I was mad on how poorly they treated my package and how idiotic you have to be to give my package to a random strangers house.
