Drove up to Tehachapi today to grab lunch, get some home renovation things, paint department manager COMPLETELY ignored us as we waited to be “waited on”. He CLEARLY did not want to wait on us. We waited approximately 10 mins, manager walked away, we were never acknowledged and when we asked the other clerk why we were ignored we were told we were “waiting” in the correct spot, there was no sign to state their process. I’m not surprised at this point why online sales will knock out the service industry, automation is obviously the wave of the future as critical thinking and customer service skills are falling by the wayside. We will hit up Karl’s in Mojave as their customer service is superior. 0/10 recommended the paint department here. ~Jamie

The transmission in my 2015 Honda accord blew up on 58 on my way to Texas. They where Able to squeeze me in get the car fixed and out of there as quick as I could being a busy shop in a small town I was very appreciative thank you Andy and the rest of the boys in the shop for taking care of me. These guys were absolutely fantastic! Travelling down from Canada, about a thousand miles from Home, my 1992 Euro Van lost all its coolant and I was stuck on the side of Hwy 58 on a Sunday afternoon. I needed to identify where to have the vehicle towed and these guys came highly recommended and I can totally see why!!! I had the car towed to their parking lot, which was pretty full with vehicles looking to be serviced. I came back in the morning and the guy's were amazing. He said he'd take a quick look, but was very busy. He immediately identified that the coolant reservoir cap had failed and busted and was no longer holding pressure. He tested and confirmed that the system was good and ordered a cap to fit my car. He then went further and identified that the drivers side fan was not running. He diagnosed the situation further and found a cracked fuse was the culprit with the drivers side fan. No fuses are available for my old Van, so he built to fit and installed an inline fuse and had me back on the road that afternoon. I just cannot say enough good things about these guys!!! First time attempting to use this shop. I have an extended warranty on my vehicle but I am responsible for paying for the diagnosis fee. Once the shop realized this, they tried to price gouge me with a $280 diagnosis fee. They wanted that fee up front. I recently had work done at a dealer service department and was only charged $50 diagnosis fee. Stay away or beware, they will try to take advantage of you. Was traveling through on my way to California City and needed one of my tires on my trailer changed out. Can’t remember who helped me but whoever it was, he changed the tire out really quick. Was back on the road in no time! Also gave me a good price on the tire! I highly recommend this place! ~M

This is how the contract carrier near Tompkins handles our community mailbox on multiple occasions. Just leaves it wide open like this. I had five things stolen out of it yesterday. Thanks USPS. First two pictures are from yesterday, last picture is from May. I’m surprised legal action hasn’t been taken against any of these carriers.
