It's a convenient location and a fast in & out experience -- even at peak times. The UPS Store is the best place in town to have your mailbox. Plus, when you need to ship something, they do a very careful job with packing to ensure your package arrives safely. Highly recommended. ~John

This is how the contract carrier near Tompkins handles our community mailbox on multiple occasions. Just leaves it wide open like this. I had five things stolen out of it yesterday. Thanks USPS. First two pictures are from yesterday, last picture is from May. I’m surprised legal action hasn’t been taken against any of these carriers. You’re putting people at high risk for identify theft and fraud. ~Michelle
