I called to see if the notary was in and was told yes, and that the store would be open until 6:30. After driving from Mojave to Tehachapi I was told the notary was at lunch and would be back in about an hour. No big deal, except the price of gas and the wasted time. I'm sure there's another notary in town somewhere.

It was very busy the last time I dropped by but I didn’t mind waiting in line. I only had an Amazon return, no biggie. Lilly saw that I’d been waiting and quickly scanned my phone in the back and returned with a smile and my receipt. I trust the staff with all of my shipping needs and their friendly attitudes keep me coming back.

All of these are really great. The staff is just the topping on the cake. They are so friendly and helpful. This store (Tehachapi) is the absolute best. And it's because of the employees. It's like you have a personal assistant working for you. The staff rocks! They are wonderful to interact with and they know their product well. I will never go back to a roadside mailbox or relying on my packages to hopefully show up at my home and remain there until I'm able to retrieve them. Wish I was able to give them 10 stars.

We've been using The UPS Store for both personal and business use since we moved to Tehachapi in 2016. Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and they provide excellent service. Many time while we're checking our box they've already retrieved our package for us. It doesn't get any better than this!
