I want to thank Gagan for resolving the issue of a mishandled parcel in an easy and effective manner. A package I had sent was apparently stolen (?). In any case, it never arrived. Gagan filed the insurance paper work and I received reimbursement within a brief period of time. All the employees I have dealt with at this UPS store have been pleasant and efficient.

So thankful for this branch! I was having a hard time figuring out how to do my Amazon return, but Rizza was there to help me every step of the way. I love it when places make me feel like I'm part of a community, instead of just being super transactional. Keep it up, you're doing a great job 👍🏼

I had to return a box full of stuff to amazon and have been dreading it but this store made the process easy and painless. The cashier was so patient with me and was friendly as well. This will be my go-to UPS store from now on.

I love this place and I love rizza, she's a beam of joy. The mall is really chill and easy to park in and getting help here is always simple, which is all I asl for when I drop stuff off. Brennan has a great attitude too. I'll probably make sure to come to this location whenever I can.

This location is not honoring the return policy agreement with Amazon. I order from Amazon all the time n sometimes I have a lot of retunes. I always select the option for no package n no label needed but today the manager of this location insisted I hand over my packages sealed separately even though my items were already in boxes or their bags. He was also charging me a fee for a 2in piece of tape to secure 2 of my boxes. After telling him this, he said he could wave the fee but I told him I rather go to another location. He was very stingy and hungry for money it seems like. Although it’s the closest location to my home I will be going somewhere else and reporting them to Amazon. I was expecting to return all of my packages today with no boxes nor labels (I did anyways) The manager seems to have change the rules to his convenience and violate the return policy agreement with Amazon.

Every time I ship through this store I have found the staff helpful and polite. This past Friday is an example of their wonderful service. I was planning to ship an item to a customer via ground. My customer called me just just after this UPS store had closed, and wanted the item shipped 2-day. I got to the store 5 minutes after closing and after the pickup driver had left. When I told the customer service representative my predicament, he immediately called the driver. Lucky for me the driver returned to the store and we were able to get the item shipped 2-day. These guys really helped a ton. I am extremely grateful for their help and will continue to use their services in the future.

This is one of the worse UPS stores you can go to. I've been meaning to write this review for a while now but I started going to the UPS on Redwood Road where you are treated right and everyone is nice. Here, the staff is actually pretty friendly as I have had no issues with them. The issue is with the owner. I had a label that Amazon had me print and I took it with me. The package was taped and ready to go. I took the label so they can use one of those sleeves to put it in. The owner looks at me and says "next time why don't you use the same tape you used on the package to tape this label to it?" My response to him wasn't very nice either but he'll do anything to save a few cents. It's not the first and last time he said to me either. Then once I told one of his employees about it and I won't mention who of course but even they said he was super cheap. I always get a vice from him that he wants you gone asap if he won't make any extra money on you too. And have you seen his responses to some people's reviews? He told one person to tape their package at home if they don't want to pay for taping in the store LOL those are not appropriate responses!!! The Redwood Road store is always pretty packed but I guess it's because people prefer to go there instead. Avoid this store if you can.

My partner and I rented a large UPS box from this store about a year and a half ago so we visit regularly (at least once a week, if not multiple times). Even after moving to a home located closer to other UPS stores, we decided to renew our box at this specific store. The staff are all wonderful, and most of the regular workers recognize us and immediately know what box is ours when we arrive (not really a requirement to get a five-star rating from me, just a nice perk). Gagan is the manager/owner and person we generally see most often, and he always greets us by name and asks how we're doing. The lines are never very long, either. At most, I've had to wait 5-7 minutes to get my packages, no matter what day or time I show up at. And I really love that they're open seven days a week. If you're looking to rent a UPS mailbox, I can't recommend this location and its staff enough.

I am a private person and don't give reviews, however my experience recently with one employee Michele was excellent. She was helpful and attentive. Every retail business needs someone with great attitude and compassion especially for Seniors. So I want to say here cheers for Michelle. Looks forward to get my UPS needs here. Thank you.

I cannot rave enough about the 5 star service I received from the well trained staff. My shipping situation was slightly tricky but the Manager Gagan had a solution instantly and my problems were solved. I would recommend the highly trained and professional staff at 2601 Blanding to anyone and everyone . I will definitely make this my home store for all my shipping and mail box needs .
