I went to purchase a new phone. Sandy and staff were amazing. She was very knowledgeable and was a breath of fresh air. She helped me get my phone up and running in no time. I appreciate the staff friendliness and the great chemistry they have working together. Most people rather not make in store purchases but I am glad I went. Thank you!

Go here only if you're buying a device. Plenty of parking. Nice area. The staff will tell u they are a "retail store" even though it boldly says AT&T on the outside. So what does that mean? If you're looking to transfer your phone line or any other services, they don't want to help you. They are mainly interested in selling, but nothing service related.

The two times I had to do business at this location only one staff person was present. The woman this last time had to shift between 12 different customers in the hour it took for my phone to get squared away. I felt sorry for her as she was pleasant to all. It seems that corporate is too concerned with ad commercials than running the customer facing part of their business. The same applies to customer service over the phone. Poor poor poor.

Very disappointed in the service here. I was lied to. I went in looking to upgrade my phone. Hans told me I could stay on my prepaid plan and get a new iPhone for $1/month. So that’s what I did. He told me I had 8 days if I wanted to bring in my old iPhone for a trade in credit. So I brought my old phone in and was talking to Chris who told me, while looking at my account, that I had been signed up for a 3 year contract. At no point did I consent to this. I even asked Hans to confirm that I could stay on prepaid and he said yes. I asked him multiple times in the 2 hours I spent with Hans if my bill would change and he said no, it was stay at $49. It sounded too good to be true and now I know why. He signed me up for the most expensive plan, ran a credit check, and lied to me. I kept giving him my contact info for the processing of a new phone, and at some point he put my phone # in his phone and started texting me - about another customer in the store! I can prove it. He told her her package wasn’t delivered when it had been. He told me she was rude so she could wait another day. I know customer service is a hard job and I wish no ill will for HanS, but this should not be happening. I have never seen such unprofessional service, or much less been lied to and subscribed to something without my consent. He should not be a manager if he either doesn’t know what he’s doing, or if he willfully lies to customers to get them on new contracts. However, Chris was very helpful and apologetic and explained my options and printed papers and receipts and made sure everything was clear before I left.
