Me and my son Love the video factory .I think there one of the last ones around .I got 5 movies for 7 days for 10 dollers damn what a good deal .and free membership you cant beat that with a stick and the staff made us feel right at home .very nice ppl.

Sue and her staff are just terrific, very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. So pls support local businesses like this mom and pop store!! Do Netflix, hulu and on demand really need your money? Aren't they rich enough? This is the last video store in Alameda, if not, for miles around. They have a great selection of movies for all ages, although a bit disorganized but that's the fun to browse and scope out the lil gems of blockbusters, foreign, indies, kiddies, and classics. Great store, great service!
