Sue and her staff are just terrific, very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. So pls support local businesses like this mom and pop store!! Do Netflix, hulu and on demand really need your money? Aren't they rich enough? This is the last video store in Alameda, if not, for miles around. They have a great selection of movies for all ages, although a bit disorganized but that's the fun to browse and scope out the lil gems of blockbusters, foreign, indies, kiddies, and classics. Friendly service, good selection on most things, though they only had very cheap power strips. Good selection of office furniture and office chairs which you can try. No long lines when I was there. Prices are good but a touch over where they should be for some things. Other items were very reasonable. ~Lucas

Every time I ship through this store I have found the staff helpful and polite. This past Friday is an example of their wonderful service. I was planning to ship an item to a customer via ground. My customer called me just just after this UPS store had closed, and wanted the item shipped 2-day. I got to the store 5 minutes after closing and after the pickup driver had left. When I told the customer service representative my predicament, he immediately called the driver. Lucky for me the driver returned to the store and we were able to get the item shipped 2-day. These guys really helped a ton. I am extremely grateful for their help and will continue to use their services in the future. ~Patrick

How does this place stay in business? Every time I come here everyone completely ignores you like you don't exist. If their atrocious website actually worked I'd be using it to have prints done. Instead I have to stand here with a bunch of people that refuse to speak to you except to say, "we're busy." Do yourself a favor, go to Blossom Hill. They're friendly AND helpful. ~Christopher

I have been living in Alameda for the past 3 years. My experience at this post office has always been very pleasant. They have been efficient and courteous. I was little surprised by such low rating. ~SUN

A staff member named Alexander was so helpful. Others employees are always friendly and welcome customers. Not crowded so it's quick in and out. Sometimes employees are talking too much to one another and not giving attention to customers but I guess if you know what you're looking for it doesn't matter. ~Aimee
