A staff member named Alexander was so helpful. Others employees are always friendly and welcome customers. Not crowded so it's quick in and out. Sometimes employees are talking too much to one another and not giving attention to customers but I guess if you know what you're looking for it doesn't matter. ~Aimee

Referred to the Alameda Mike's by my Farmer's Insurance, they did an excellent job at every step of the way - reaching out to me to schedule; giving an accurate estimate of when they could do the repair and how long it would take; doing superior quality repair work; and making it easy to pick up my car. Stellar customer service. Quick turn around. Quality work at a fair price. They will match price and if you go with them patch repair and tire rotation is offered as routine maintainable.
