The pharmacists are always polite and efficient. When there is an issue with refills, they will proactively reach out to the doctor. They are sure to ask if we have any questions with the medications. I'm usually in and out in less than 2-3 minutes, definitely recommend. ~Ankit

Some prices are good. You're not able to find everything you're looking for as a large branded grocery store will offer. But worthwhile. The Grocery Outlet in Alameda has friendly staff and courteous staff. ~Gary

I opened an account here when they first opened and have regretted it ever since. I have moved my funds to another credit union as well as opened an account with Charles Schwab. If you want to be treated poorly and have your time and money completely disregarded this is your place! The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered with a credit union. What a joke...It’s ironic and comical that they can reply to a bad review publicly yet ignore several emails I have sent. No one ever has an answer or does there job here. I cannot wait to close my account here...Stay away folks! Literally anywhere else will treat you and your money better. ~Amy
