My dashboard showed that my rear right tire was flat (14 psi) and that it needed attention. I drove over to this Tire Choice without an appointment on a Friday morning and was able to get my flat tire fixed/patched up in ~30 minutes. The store manager, Patrick is very knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. He is organized and has his team running at an efficient level. Would definitely come back for any tire related matters.

I stopped by the shop recently on 7/19 to gather some info/schedule an appointment for a tire repair for a wheel slowly leaking air (Tesla Model 3). The crew was busy with several cars that day so I didn't expect an appointment the same day. They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations and were able to get me fixed up within the hour! I found my new local tire shop, a big thank you to Eric and Mikhail who provided the exceptional service and for building the relationship. I also appreciated that they were very knowledgeable around the detailed parts of their work like setting car specific tire pressure, lug torque settings, etc. Also thank you Kevin for being efficient and providing me a quote while I was waiting for the repair. I've had 2 great experiences with Tire Choice. A few months ago, I had a 100% flat tire, rendering my car un-drivable. After waiting for roadside service for close to two hours, I called Tire Choice to ask if they could help me. Within 20 minutes, Patrick had driven over, with a car jack, and repaired my tire enough for me to drive to the shop and get a new one. He was gracious and professional, and saved my weekend plans! The other experience was this past Saturday. I drove up with a low tire, talked to Patrick who said they would check it out. Julian did a great job patching the tire, didn't charge me and I was on my way within a half an hour. He too was professional and helpful. I am grateful to both of these gentlemen!

The dudes here are super cool and they do quick work. I came in to get my tire patched and they didn’t even charge me because they got it done so fast. Expect to wait a bit because they’re so good that they have a ton of customers. Other than that, 10/10.

First visit, lost my trust, wont be back. Dropped off my vehicle for an oil change/tire rotation and since its the first time here I marked my tires before I dropped it off. When I picked up I asked the clerk if the tires were rotated i was told "i believe so". They were not. I now wonder what other shortcuts were taken. Still the old oil filter? Invoice notes "inspect brakes" How were the brakes properly inspected if the tires were not removed for rotstion? Just saying. I asked for the manager (Kevin/name on the invoice) and was told he left for the day. The funny thing is I think my front brakes need to be done. OK. Thank you. Wont be back.

Rolled in pretty late on a Tuesday assuming I'd have to come back the next day. Patrick took fantastic care of me. Got started on my tires right away and pulled in help from a colleague to get it knocked out. The guys stayed past 6 PM to get it done. And I was rolling home with newly mounted and balanced tires. Total pros, friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Will be coming back next time. Thank you gentlemen!

I️ just received a courtesy inspection and got a tire pressure check with air added to my tires. Patrick was kind enough to add air to my tires free of charge and thoroughly looked at my tires and gave me a quote for the cost of new tires when I eventually get a tire change. Patrick was extremely professional, and he took time to explain everything regarding tire care and tire upkeep . I’m very pleased with the service provided by Tire Choice Auto Service Centers. Patrick is AMAZING!
