Bought 4 new tires just 10 months ago and 2 of them are already worn out. They only have 18k miles on them. I called the shop and they're trying to get me to buy 4 new tires *at a discount* ... since I have an all-wheel drive that means buying 4 new tires. The car is never off road, it is used for highway and city driving only. Never in 40 years of driving have I ever had tires wear out in just 18k miles. I paid for 4 tires, alignment and balancing in August 2021. When I called and spoke with the manager he should have apologized and offered to replace these inferior tires immediately. Update: they finally replaced the tires. They should have done so without having to call them several times and without their sales guy trying to sell me more tires instead

I was sent by my dealership to Big Brand tires in Santa Maria to get my tire patched without appointment. When I got there I was immediately greeted by the gentleman at the front. I told him that I had been driving over a week and half with a nail in my tire. And asked if they could patch it up that same day. Calvin Parades the store manager was the one who helped me out. He told me me to not take a risk driving another day with my car like that and was kind enough to service by car right on the spot. I’m extremely grateful for his fast service and didn’t say no to any request. 10/10 customer service.

Had a fundraiser coupon for a unbelievable price for an oil change so I was expecting the eye roll, a lengthy wait and of course a price jack on the "extra" recommended services. But other than what I already knew I needed they didn't try and push any unnecessary "extras" which I thought was refreshing especially being female. The customer service was great. Greeted and treated with a smile even after I presented the coupon and was helped almost immediatel. Answered all my questions, concerns and then some. I waited a reasonable amount of time for oil change and rotation. Impressed and recommended

Made an appointment for an oil change online, showed up for my appointment and next thing I know, there system didn't get the appointment. I showed them the confirmation email and I still had to make another appointment because they were booked. The employee goes on to say that sometimes they don't get the appointment in their system right away. Clearly this has happened before, but no action was taken to avoid this issue because it has happened to me a third time. The employee was nice and understanding of my frustration though.

I want to thank Ethan and Javier for their great work performing an alignment on my Xterra. I've taken it to three other shops for an alignment, but the truck has always pulled to one side or another. Javier took the time to do the job right and it tracks straight now! Ethan was very helpful making sure I was taken care of as well. Thanks guys!

This particular big brand location has been my go to for all my tire and suspension needs. Ethan at the front desk is professional and gives you a truthful sense that he cares about experience and that he wants to help you the best way he can. I have bought 3 sets of tires here, two lift kits, and even send my grandmother here because they always take good care of me. Because of the great work that’s always been for me here at a reasonable price, big brand tire will always be my tire store no matter where I live.

Dropped off my car for an oil change on a very busy Friday. Asked me if I had any concerns about my car and I let them know the brakes. Steve let me know they would check that out. I got a call within an hour letting me know the brake pads needed to be replaced. Alfy was able to make some time on this busy Friday to replace them for me. I was very happy with the service . I already have my appt to get a set of new tires with them, I know they will do a great job. Thank you so much!
