I bought a battery here (not their brand- a high end one) and it was no good- they exchanged it with no problem. When the second one was the same way, they refunded it, but insisted my vehicle must have a 'parasitic drain'. I used to work in a factory installing automotive wiring and know how to trace wiring issues. Everything was fine in my vehicle, except that battery. The new one I got of a different brand is fine, and the reviews on their site have a handful of similar stories to mine. I was glad to get a refund, but am dismayed that AutoZone's site will not post my review.

I was stranded one day at the pharmacy with a dead car battery so I walked over to the Auto Zone on Hope Mills Road not knowing what type or size battery to buy. When I walked into the store I was immediately greeted with a warm hello and was helped to find a battery specifically for my make and model car 🚘. Since I was walking from across the street, one of the nice salespeople walked me back over to the pharmacy and install my battery for me and got me back on the road. It was literally one of the nicest things ever!! Cuzzo’s to the wonderful saleswoman that helped me that stressful day!! 😍😍

I had an amazing experience today when I went to AutoZone. I went in to get windshield wipers, and I had no idea what type of wipers I needed, the size, or the type of engine I had. If you are paying attention, you can see I am not car savvy AT ALL! Ms. Jackie was truly a God send. She went above and beyond by coming to remove the old wipers, pulling up my car information to tell me the size I needed, and helping me choose the correct wipers. She also showed me how to properly open the hood of my car and check for wiper fluid. I normally go to Jiffy Lube or another one of those places, but I believe I was led to Auto Zone, led to Ms. Jackie. Outside of her extensive knowledge, she had a beautiful personality and was patient with me when I couldn't answer a single one of her questions. Ms. Jackie, if you see this, THANK YOU SO MUCH! GOD BLESS YOU! 😊

Jacqueline B saved me big time today. She was providing me assistance with JumpBoxes because my battery was dead. The one in the store I wanted to purchase was dead and wouldn't help me. She took time to walk across a busy Street in the cold to help me out and jump my truck. Awesome customer service! Jacqueline is exactly the type of customer service provider that all employees should strive for! She needs a raise!!!
