I went to Advance Auto today to replace my battery which had died a few times. Coleman was extremely courteous, friendly, and professional. He checked my battery, installed a new one, and got me up and running very quickly. Excellent customer service! I will definitely return the next time I need auto parts!

So...my husband went to this store because it was convenient to where we intended to go...however the young man that helped us was not accommodating to my husband's lifetime warranty on a part. My husband has an older truck by choice because he can work on it and the Representative was nasty when my husband explained the problem. My husband has been working on his vehicle for several years and before his others. Please hear the customer and be sure of the skill set before you talk down to a customer.

Amazing customer service and care!!! The older gentleman treated me like I was family and we just met today. He was efficient with helping me and changing my battery and wipers while still making sure other customers didn't feel neglected!!

They always great you when you enter the store. I headed back to the filters to grab a new air filter for my Ford Escape and discovered the page fire my Escape had been torn out of their book. There guy behind the counter was quick to get the number for me and find it on the shelf even though I only asked him to get me the number. Great service!
