I looked up oil change on google and saw all the good ratings for Griffin Tire, so I called to see if I could get my oil changed ( as I was driving over). Justin answered and was so polite and helpful. He said he had a few things scheduled ahead of me but to come on and he would work it out. He met me as I was parking and immediately shook my hand and introduced himself.They got me in and out quickly, even after adding the inspection. They topped off my windshield wiper fluid, too! Thanks to Justin and Griffin tire and auto. I will definitely be back! Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

***Update*** I took my truck to get the alignment, it took a little longer to do, they said it was really bad(from Firestone), but the truck drives so much better. Again highly recommend this place. I did not know this shop existed until doing searching on Google and saw it had really good reviews. I called around 9am and was told the system went down but to bring my truck in at 11am anyways. So I dropped it off, went to lunch and it didn't go back until I got back to the shop. Regardless I was not in a rush and also did not have a "true" appointment. They got the oil changed within 20 minutes so I was in and out. I scheduled an alignment for next week because I need a shop I can trust and this feels like the place. Highly recommend. Services: Oil change, Wheel alignment

Stopped in recently at a different location. Needed tire patched which was done very quickly. Greeted by friendly people there including Brad Griffin (used to work for him before I retired). Still a great bunch of people there with great service!

Had a tire leaking air, but only when driving at freeway speeds. Two other tire shops could not find or fix this leak. Griffin did...bill was very reasonable, staff is friendly and professional.

I stopped in with a flat trailer tire, I was in a bind on limited time and as they were going to lunch. They stayed, patched tire from inside correctly, I mean off the rim and everything. They didn't have to do this but it was above and beyond and very quickly done. It was a first time using them for me and that tire has held and performed fantastic since, can't ask for a better first hand experience. I've worked customer service before for many years, this was definitely above and beyond and more appreciated than they could EVER know!

Was in the area after my wife ran over something on I-85 and busted a tire on the way to a Dr appointment for our grandkids. Was the 5 th place I went to in that area , one other did offer to fix my one tire but after a long wait. This place done it for me reasonably fast . Only $28 and I would have payed $128 at this point. I do appreciate their service , so thanks to you all there.👍😎 Mark Watson.
