This Pharmacy is filled with employees who have no clue at what they are doing. This Pharmacy should just be shut down or hire NEW MANAGEMENT! You guys are absolutely ridiculous and no one behind that counter can ever help anyone! You guys don't even know how to transfer a prescription. Go get new jobs. Some people need there medical to live!! Some others have covid and need the Covid Pills and you guys just stand around never helping a soul get what they need for the day. You all should be fired.

Worst experience ever ! The one who is in charge of the pharmacy is so rude , and think you don’t understand what she saying . Also give wrong the medicines to patients , Leaving someone else label on the bottle and then give to you like it nothing Unbelievable !! I would give them a Zero !

To the sales representative opening boxes in the makeup/perfumes area today (short, curly hair in ponytail, loud voice) - your customer service skills are not there. Saying to a customer "I was going to help you, but I am not going to" is unacceptable. You won't get too far with this attitude. Good luck.

This location strictly enforces their policy on not allowing customers to have their phone scanned by the handheld scanner for the rewards card, however, it does not abide by the state mandate for a face mask covering even though it has signage as you enter the store and announcements over the intercom. Either the cashiers do not know their policies or this store has priorities mixed up.

After going through the drive through to pick up medicine for 2 children after I got a voicemail saying both were available, supposedly only one of their meds was there. I had to go inside and the girl with the blue hair after giving a complaint was very disrespectful towards me in front of my children. All I did was address her on the situation. The customer is supposed to be always right. Perhaps she needs a training class for customer service. I'm switching pharmacies as of today. The experience was so embarrassing.

This location as a whole is 3 stars... clean, stocked, polite sales associates. The pharmacy, however, causes this location to not live up to a 5 star standard in customer service. - pharmacy hours changed without sufficient notice. It closes at 11pm and does not open until 7am. - I have called several times the night before needing a prescription filled first thing in the morning in order to get to work on time. Every time they say it will be ready it’s not. - pharmacy staff take entirely too long to answer calls and to get to the window in drive through. - pharmacy staff is basic and rude and defensive regarding their lack of excellent customer care.

I went to Walgreens to pick up two prescriptions and waited in line about 7 minutes for the car in front of me. When I got to the window to get my two prescriptions, one which was not available or in stock on yesterday, and one that I got a notification about l. I was told that I needed to pull over to the side give me about 6 minutes or so. In the meantime I left to go get something to eat came back about maybe 15 minutes later it had to wait in line again. Seems like some people receive special treatment. I was also told that the other person in front of me and then actually had three prescriptions and that's why it took so long but yet they were not told to go off to the side instead they waited at the window so yeah I was a little bit ticked off! Thinking of going to CVS and starting my account since I do work for the school system and they prefer CBS. I apologize for the run-ons sentences I am talking to my phone to input this information. Lol

They don’t care about their customers and act like they couldn’t want to be somewhere else more. I’ve finally had enough with this Walgreens and after 2 years of using them I’m switching pharmacies.
