Terrible, just terrible! Needed a covid test for a trip out of the country scheduled for 5:15 arrived early 5:05 with 3 cars in drive thru slow... arrived at window 5:35 tester gone. Wth! No Call no one checked to see if I was there just left... Terrible!

I would love to give this store negative ZERO stars if I could. The pharmacy. That pharmacy is HORRIBLE! They NEVER answer the phone. I've had to call inside the store more than once to let them know I and many other customers was at the drive thru. They charge different prices on the same script every month and the staff is always short and bothered by customers. It should be closed. Service would be better.

I can't review the inside, just to be clear. The drive thru though ... It is beyond slow. I have to do mandatory testing and this is the closest place to me. I've been here waiting at the drive through almost 20 minutes so far, and the line hasn't budged at all and there's three cars in front of me, including the one currently at the window. I'll try to remember to come back and give you a grand total of wait time. This isn't my first time here, either. Every single time (except once) has been a long, long wait

I came 20 minutes before they’re scheduled close time today. February 14, 2022. And they closed sometime before their scheduled close time of 10 PM. I called beforehand to see if they were open until 10 and they said yes.

The woman in drive through is maddd rude. I went two days back to back for a Covid test and she had a stank face the whole time and said everything as if she didn’t care to help me. I’m never coming here again cause I’ve never been to a cvs with rude workers until now. Like how miserable can you be? She has black hair and blue eyes btw so if you see her don’t expect good service.

The pharmacy staff had been extremely rude recently. They did tell me they were short staffed when I mentioned we were waiting at the drive thru and were ignored for 30 minutes (the drive through traps you in also so you can’t back out unless the car ahead moves forward). They have messed up prescriptions and come up with every excuse under the sun of why they can’t be filled in a timely manner. The staff literally rolled their eyes when we pointed out the errors. I understand if you are short staffed and doing what you can but dealing with people’s medications in a timely manner is extremely important for a multitude of reasons. They need to have more compassion snd empathy for their customers and they need to hire more pharmacists but the actual staff on the ground can’t control that so they get 2 stars from me instead of one. At the end of the day it’s not an excuse to treat people poorly. An exception to all this was the pharmacy staff member who administered my most recent vaccine. He did a great job, listened, and injected carefully so that it didn’t hurt at all.

I've tried to get a prescription the the doctor had sent into the pharmacy. I called to see if the prescription was ready and the pharmacist stated that it would be ready in 20 mins. When I arrived I was told that the medicine was not in process. I waited 30 minutes to speak to the pharmacist who stated it would be ready and she said that she didn't say that medicine but a different prescription. I then was told the prescription was never received and when I tried to give the information; she talked all over me. After daily follow-ups 3 days later it was the prescription in process, the next day was the prescription was out of stock. 2 days after this it was it will probably be ready next week. She is part of the medical profession and I would think be a little more proactive providing assistance instead of attitude. I finally had to call 5 pharmacies in Charlotte until I found one with the prescription. The only reason I rated it one star was I couldn't post without it.
