I can remember when the folks at a parts house actually knew something about the automotive world. They appreciated your business and didnt act like you were a bother. There should be some sort of resemblance of professionalism. We have reduced our sales counters to the "whatever" attitude. Not good. ~Darryl

I called twice just to check the availability of a light bulb. I was put on hold both times in excess of 10 minutes. No one ever came back to the line to update me, apologize for the wait or offer assistance either time. ~Alexis

Bought 1 1/2 lbs fresh cooked turkey breast for $20. When I got and had the turkey for dinner it tasted like 5 day old turkey after Thanksgiving. It was disgusting!! I will go back with receipt and demand a full refund! ~Jamie

Is it me, or has Food Lion gotten better lately? The ice cream section here is better than any other grocery store nearby. Overall, this was a really nice one. Good selection of food, as well. ~Jim

I like this farmers market better than the other ones in Charlotte. It’s more organized and not too much items. They bring essential item and present it in a best possible way. Another thing I like about it is a little plants and flower shop in the corner. ~sanaz
