Went in for warranty replacement of a relay and it was cheerfully replaced with like item. Exactly like it's supposed to happen but Advance Auto has either missed the memo or can't read. Have to say that Napa seems to have more knowledgeable employees and if they don't know, they don't blow smoke and try to research or recommend options ~Jeff

I called twice just to check the availability of a light bulb. I was put on hold both times in excess of 10 minutes. No one ever came back to the line to update me, apologize for the wait or offer assistance either time. ~Alexis

Fav market in CLT! Very fresh, large variety, very well priced. If Morgans Cove Farm is there, you will not regret anything you buy from them…. delicious. Parking is a struggle but plenty of spots across the street. ~Melissa

Staff is always helpful and friendly and the store is clean. Don't usually have issues with out of stock items but sometimes it happens. Having to manually add coupons in the app could use some work unless you like your customers to jump through hoops to save money. ~Jennifer
