I can remember when the folks at a parts house actually knew something about the automotive world. They appreciated your business and didnt act like you were a bother. There should be some sort of resemblance of professionalism. We have reduced our sales counters to the "whatever" attitude. Not good.

Went in for warranty replacement of a relay and it was cheerfully replaced with like item. Exactly like it's supposed to happen but Advance Auto has either missed the memo or can't read. Have to say that Napa seems to have more knowledgeable employees and if they don't know, they don't blow smoke and try to research or recommend options

Terrible experience with one of the workers, terrible atitude and would say they didnt have a part without even looking. He got annoyed when customers came in because he was busy watching videos on his phone. I believe his name is Jooley, he is a black guy with dreads. I had to ask someone else to help me because I couldnt stand his atitude and rude behavior, the other workers name is Guy and he tried his best to make up for his coworkers behavior but this needs to be addressed.

I was just at the store on Statesville road and they had two cashiers. Neither of them asked if I needed help they didn't even acknowledge the fact that I was standing in front of their registers. It was one young black guy with dreads and one young white guy with glasses and ponytail. It was only myself and another customer in the store. The white guy was help the other customer and he just kept looking at me and never said a word. This type of customer service is unacceptable and the exact reason why most people go to Advance Auto, Auto Zone, or O'Reilly's.

Poorest customer service ever from the assistant manager to staff. I came in to return an item, he asked for the card, so I went to car to get it. I came right back and he is helping another associate with a customer and decided to check on items with computer, now the other associate says he can't help me because he doesn't have a card reader. I then go to another register and the assistant manager is on phone texting asking me to give him time. Poorest customer ever. Why he decided to not continue to complete my return after asking .e to get something. Why the assistant manager values texting than the customer that was already waiting and experienced poor service to return merchandise. Customer service training recommended.

They did not have the part for my car and had trouble locating my parts they did have. The parts were not in the correct place. But the sale people are nice to work with and I have had a lot of success in finding parts for my other cars. It is still a good place to buy auto parts.

If someone has a gun to your head and tells you to call someone, but if they pick up the phone they will pull the trigger. Be sure to call this store promptly. The worse experience in Charlotte to get parts. The time bars are not correct on when they are the busiest, they are "busy" all day everyday apparently. Im surprised this place is still up and running. DO NOT GET YOUR PARTS FROM HERE!!!
