I called twice just to check the availability of a light bulb. I was put on hold both times in excess of 10 minutes. No one ever came back to the line to update me, apologize for the wait or offer assistance either time.



The cashier was very helpful, it's a small place..we did find what we were looking for.



I stopped by the other morning to get new wiper blades. I couldn’t find what my car needed. The young man working helped me find the right blades, AND came outside to put them on for me. That was so appreciated! That extra step in customer service makes such a big difference.

I paid for parts online and didn't need them so I was looking to get my money back. The guy told me ok he will just cancel the order and 3 to 5 business days I would receive my money back and its been over a month on 3 to 5 business days and I still haven't received anything. Its not the bank its NAPA



Was giving an sold knowing it was not what i wanted. 1/2 inch socked with 3/4 inch adapter, he tried 3/4 inch adapter with 1\2 inch socket, HE KNEW WHAT WHEN I RETURNED, I DON'T HAVE THEM IN STOCK. GIVE ME MY REFUND..

It was awesome the lady who helped me out on N Tryon did everything she could to find the tool I needed she found it at the Warehouse after searching different names and part numbers. Once I got to the warehouse the guy who helped me was very nice and efficient.



I work for a company that uses Napa as its preferred vendor (corporate decision) and I frequent this location so much I might as well work there. Have been using them for years and seen all the changes. Louie the former manager was a horrible manager but they have a much better one (Andy) now. The building is owned by some guy who neglects it severely just as to use the bathroom and you can see for yourself. Napa leases it. They have had years of high employee turn over in the store, don't take care of their employees like they could/should, and have created a corrosive culture all for the sake of profit motives ultimately. This is relevant because it translates into very very poor customer service. So long lines, phones ring unanswered or out on hold for too long, and stressed out employees plus customers. It gets chaotic at times. But this is one of the worst locations in all of charlotte. Corporate and upper management are the root cause. So don't expect too much from this location and be sure to bring your highest level of patience and humility before walking into this store. It is what it is.
