The old pharmacist Rich was amazing. Loved him. Always happy, always made going to the pharmacy not a task. I’m done with this place now. Going to find him at his new location in fort mill on Tom Hull St. I’m over this pharmacy location because of how rude they are! People can have a day, understood! But dang when it’s every time and I’m feeling guilty for coming to get my prescriptions because they aren’t ready? Time and time again? No thanks. If it weren’t for Rich I’d leave cvs entirely. Bye to this location. ✌🏻

Unbelievable experience at this location today… their pharmacist and so called pharmacy manager is extremely rude and unprofessional to say the least. I had been waiting on a prescription matter to be solved with my doctors office for about a week prior to leaving out of town. They claimed they had sent over the request to my doctor yet doctors office had not received anything and when they attempted to contact CVS no answer. I called evidently frustrated at this point and all I got from this lady who calls herself a manager was that I could just take my prescriptions somewhere else! In my book a leader dealing with an upset client attempts to de escalate a situation rather than aggravating it. Her employee Ian did a wonderful job at de escalating and helping with the prescription. I think it’s embarrassing that your employees work better than you as a manager. I did call corporate and filed a complaint. Hopefully I get a response. Also, drive thru COVID test took an hr! Terrible! disaster all together at this location. Definitely moving my prescriptions somewhere else where they know customer service.

When I reached there was a car in front of me, I waited about 30 minutes and then I was getting late for work so I didn’t even pick up my mom’s prescription. You really need to take drive thru service out from this location.

Best experience with front store staff, especially the manager Mr. Manuel. Went out of his way to help me locate an item that was out of stock at his store. Never knew CVS staff had the capability to search for an item that may be in stock at another store

The Indian pharmacist is the most unhelpful and rude pharmacist I have ever encountered. He has no interest in helping or doing anything above the bare minimum. His comments made it quite clear that I am an inconvenience as I had an issue he didn’t care to deal with. Every time I call the pharmacy he always seems annoyed. The other pharmacist Rich on the other hand is amazing! He is outgoing, friendly and will bend over backwards to help. Maybe Rich can train this other pharmacist on how the job should be done as it makes CVS look bad.

The people who work here go out of their way to make you feel they appreciate your business. The pharmacist calls me by name...and goes out of his way to help me. I don't live close to them anymore and I will pass many other CVS's just to support this store with my business.

I have had the privilege of meeting both pharmacists at this CVS and I proudly say that they are Great. These gentlemen actually do know their customers by name and in today's world of customers service not many professionals care enough to even remember customers needs. They work very hard and if all the Cvs's employees were ha as great as what I think of this group I think it surely would be a better shopping experience for everyone . . Please continue with the good work. I stood by one day to hear this silly woman say she's going home to write a bad review because her husband picked up the prescription and they still got a phone call saying the prescription is ready for pick up. We have used several pharmacies in the Ballantyne area and this pharmacy by far is the BEST! Our prescriptions are always ready on time and a text is always sent. The drive-thru is convenient and always quick. The pharmacy manager is outstanding! Rich goes above and beyond! As long as Rich is there so will we!
