The employees here are always really nice, both at the front registers and in the pharmacy. I go here often for random stuff and prescriptions since I live within walking distance. I always get quick and friendly service. A solid CVS

I had a much needed prescription prescribed on March 14, 2022, and I had it sent to this pharmacy. This pharmacy only had a half a day’s worth, and stated it should be in the next day, or they would send it to another CVS. They were going to call me. No on ever called me; and this is a medicine I need in order to not get very ill. I called the store and they said it was available at another close by CVS but it would be 45 minutes. So, I wasted 45 minutes and the prescription wasn’t ready at the other CVS and the man at the window was very rude. I’m deleting my account from all CVS and will never be going there again.

Management was pretty bad. Vulgar and spoke to her employees with no respect. Pretty much treated them like slaves the way she spoke to them. Felt bad for the women who had to experience that. Wish I would have gotten her name but unfortunately I didn’t think

The manager at this CVS is a theif. I ordered a package from UPS to be picked up here. UPS corporate told me i only need my ID and tracking to pick up my package that I payed for. I went 3 different times to get my package and the manager here refused to give me my package. She even threatened to throw it away, when I payed for it and legally she had to give it to me because Ups corporate directly told me that she had to give it to me if i had my id. Do not support or go to this cvs unless u want them to scam you or steal from you.

I'm Janice Webb me and my have been customer with our prescriptions for our whole family using this cvs pharmacy for 26 years we went today to pick up our prescriptions first of all they had being calling saying the medication was ready it wasn't so we have to make another trip.back across town we could use Express scripts but we are loyal and use cvs when we have a choice to go with another provider first of all this local looks horrible litter all over the property bushes grown all up in near the drive through which is scary because of security issues It looks like it is out of business that is terrible it should not look like this the service is terrible and it looks bad and this shouldn't be we spend hundreds and thousands through our insurance carrier with only one good person that's always. And that's Tammy the outside needs to be cleaned up.and landscaped or we are moving our whole family to another location do better cvs central and kilbourne drive this is unacceptable and the out side grounds to be cleaned and landscaped in this area of Charlotte or I'm going to the news And social media

While not the largest or nicest CVS, I've never been disappointed in the service I've received here. The pharmacy staff has been superb and helped me manage multiple prescriptions, when I've needed to switch things up due to travel, and have just been kind all the way around. The front checkout can get a bit backed up (there needs to be a better system to wrangle the line) and there's too much stuff all crowded around the registers. But again - everyone has been super nice. It can be a tad bit frustrating when shopping because certain products are kept locked apparently due to frequency of theft. Who knew body wash was in such high demand on the streets?

On multiple occasions say they have ordered your medication and will have it in a day or so but after a week passes they don't have it and deny that they ever said they would have it. In one case actually said they have it but when I got there they said they didn't have it. Basically people who should have no business handling narcotics work here. Meanwhile I have to drive to other locations to pick up my prescriptions.

Hands Down the Best customer service at a Pharmacy I have ever had. It is not an easy thing dealing with people who are ill and their insurance companies. The staff works very long hours but have always made me feel that I was a priority and that they were doing what was in my best interest. I wish half of the restaurants in Charlotte offered service like this!!!
