Unbelievable experience at this location today… their pharmacist and so called pharmacy manager is extremely rude and unprofessional to say the least. I had been waiting on a prescription matter to be solved with my doctors office for about a week prior to leaving out of town. They claimed they had sent over the request to my doctor yet doctors office had not received anything and when they attempted to contact CVS no answer. I called evidently frustrated at this point and all I got from this lady who calls herself a manager was that I could just take my prescriptions somewhere else! In my book a leader dealing with an upset client attempts to de escalate a situation rather than aggravating it. Her employee Ian did a wonderful job at de escalating and helping with the prescription. I think it’s embarrassing that your employees work better than you as a manager. I did call corporate and filed a complaint. Hopefully I get a response. Also, drive thru COVID test took an hr! Terrible! disaster all together at this location. Definitely moving my prescriptions somewhere else where they know customer service. ~Lourdes

My credit card information was skimmed from a gas pump or lifted by an employee. A $175 fraudulent charge to this location immediately followed my visit. I called the store to address the charge, but there was no response. ~James

They change to corporate is now completely fixed wife and I came in tonight to make sure safe and friendly took all new pics to provide to the locals. (2:35am Thursday).. Thanks no more hand written signs sending us on a Pineville goose chase for fuel. Thanks for fixing this issue. Store Shiney , shelves full. Coolers stocked, floors mopped , counter areas lemon 🍋 fresh. Thanks over night 🌙 CREW for the smiles , CONVERSATION, and pride in your newly created make over. a successful venture. Bathroom wasn't open at 2:41 am. Finding this at more 7-Elevens in the area...1 employee at another 7-Eleve told me that it was a hassle to keep cleaning it....Will find a Quick Trip...they are bathroom consistent.... ~DJ

My family and I and several other people I know have stopped coming to the store because of that AWFUL MUSIC that is being blasted into the parking lot, in front of store and even onto the streets. It is coming from the speakers on the outside of the building of the store. We feel this is a racial thing and the store owners/managers are doing this for a particular purpose, that is race related. I have never had the DISPLEASURE of having to listen to some offensive music being played by the store managers in order to enter and exit the store or pump gas. We already have enough to deal with with folks blasting offensive music from their vehicles, now we have to deal with it coming from the store itself. This did not start until there was a change of ownership recently. I think this should be discontinued and not be a policy that is forced on the customers of 7-Eleven, who are majority black at this store. I promise you that the community would not tolerate this in Ballantyne or South Park. It's amazing what we have to deal with in our African American Communities. STOP THE NONSENSE 7-Eleven!!!! ~Joseph

My experience was bad here. I brought mini tacos. The time I brought them they were on sale six for a dollar. I was charged for fourteen at three dollars and sixty cents. I went back to the store with my receipt. The cashier refused to make fresh tacos and charged me the same amount of money I was charged before. How is it possible to paid the same amount for twelve as you do for fourteen? I was highly disappointed with the customer service and the food. ~Victoria

Hire new people! An employee was sitting outside the store on the phone I was in my car as my significant other went in the store and as he was leaving she approached me in my vehicle yelling at me and causing a scene for simply no reason Mind you I have no idea who this person is but definitely seemed like she was under the influence of something. Be careful when you go here. She had bright red curly hair for reference. ~Kinsley

The pharmacy is very understaffed. The lines are long. It's only a matter of time before someone passes out while standing in line. There's not even the pretense of privacy there. The pharmacist is overwhelmed, tried to be polite but missed the mark (an excuse is not the same as an apology). The pharmacy tech was downright rude. I prefer to drive down to the other store at Beatties Ford and Sunset. ~Jack
