My experience was not satisfactory. I went in the store to use the ATM. While in the store, I purchased 2 Pepsi 20oz products advertised as 2 for $3.50. My order totalled $5.13 which does NOT reflect the advertised price. When I made the cashier aware, he consulted someone in the office who told him that it wasn't in the system. Why have prices advertised, if you're not going to honor that price?!! I was made to feel as if there was nothing that could be done AND they didn't want to be bothered with making it right.

They change to corporate is now completely fixed wife and I came in tonight to make sure safe and friendly took all new pics to provide to the locals. (2:35am Thursday).. Thanks no more hand written signs sending us on a Pineville goose chase for fuel. Thanks for fixing this issue. Store Shiney , shelves full. Coolers stocked, floors mopped , counter areas lemon 🍋 fresh. Thanks over night 🌙 CREW for the smiles , CONVERSATION, and pride in your newly created make over. a successful venture. "From franchise junk to corporate Super Spunk" SAFE stop to food to fuel ⛽ . As a local since 1985 seen lots of changes over time and this one's not going to fail like the last 40 years of sad attempts.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Sid

Well, I see they changed ownership over and the cashier (manager)was one of the rudest people I've ever encountered! Don't know if she was overwhelmed, having a bad day, or if her personal life is not good she sure doesn't have to take it out on her customers and employees! It started with her yelling across the store at me and another gentleman getting a fountain drink, screaming it didn't work!!!, you JUST don't do that! She had a huge line of customers trying to check out, and goodness! RUDE! My husband and I finally got up to the counter and WOW even worse! We just set our items down and walked out! Never in my life! Generally I do not post bad reviews, always try to find the good but this situation calls for blunt honesty, and a warning to all! This woman should NOT be here! It's a shame too, we liked coming here and we avoid it unless absolutely necessary!

They need to get this gas station together or shut it down. Most of the gas pumps don’t work, it’s never stocked and it’s suppose to be 24 hours yet there will litterally be employees standing in there at night with the doors locked or have it completely closed multiple times a week…. don’t waste your time going here management and staff is the lowest of low quality wise there is no structure & they argue Infront of customers.. shut it down…

Would give zero stars if possible. Card fraud immediately after I went here to fuel up and purchased a drink inside the store. The two ladies working here Sunday, February 13th around noon hour, were both complaining about how they hated their jobs. Read other reviews below about card theft at this 7-Eleven / Exon. The first fraudulent charge was at a nearby yoga studio within a few hours. Enough said, it was one or both of them working together. The one lady was older (white, heavy set, and all white hair), the other mid to late 40s with lots of tattoos on her arms (white, skinny, brunette). Only time I used that particular card in over a week. Also look at the Exon reviews as there are fraud reviews there too. BEWARE!

Staff is complete trash. The KID behind the counter had a gun tucked into his waistband.

I would have given a negative star if it was available. In the past few weeks I have paid with cash for in store items. The first time my change was a couple of dollars and 3 cents and the cashier said that they didn’t have change. I told him to give me a nickel or reduce the cost of the product. Today I was in there and my change was a few dollars and 8 cents. The cashier said that he didn’t have 8cents, while the owner of the 7 Eleven was standing behind me, so I said then give me a dime. The cashier tossed it on the counter. Every other gas station I have done business with since April has had change. This 7 Eleven is just trying to profit due to Covid. Oh how I wish the owner of the 7 Eleven at the corner of HWY 51 and Carmel Rd would debate me. How is this any different than raising the price of toilet paper, hand sanitizer, mask or lumbar? What a Jackass!

One of the worst gas station and worst people I never seen on the earth so much rude and mindless. We placed an order for cheese pizza. They were out of chesse pizza and gave us beacon pizza, we realized after going home and went back to store. The employee was yeah we are out chesse that why we gave beacon, how mean and rude 😡😡😡

Needed a loaf of bread before the local grocery stores were open. There were three loaves on the shelf ... All three were four days past the "sell by" date. Masks were NOT enforced despite the sign on the door indicating masks are required. In fact one of the employees behind the counter was not wearing a mask.

A Customer here seemed like they could be phishing for financial information to use. Staff seemed unaffected to concerns or unaware of such practices. Try to protect you pin # etc. people make a living off of stealing others. I don’t know if that is what happened here but if so this could serve as documentation for someone else. This post was made in real time. Minutes after the incident incase video graphic proof is needed from the store.
