Unbelievable experience at this location today… their pharmacist and so called pharmacy manager is extremely rude and unprofessional to say the least. I had been waiting on a prescription matter to be solved with my doctors office for about a week prior to leaving out of town. They claimed they had sent over the request to my doctor yet doctors office had not received anything and when they attempted to contact CVS no answer. I called evidently frustrated at this point and all I got from this lady who calls herself a manager was that I could just take my prescriptions somewhere else! In my book a leader dealing with an upset client attempts to de escalate a situation rather than aggravating it. Her employee Ian did a wonderful job at de escalating and helping with the prescription. I think it’s embarrassing that your employees work better than you as a manager. I did call corporate and filed a complaint. Hopefully I get a response. Also, drive thru COVID test took an hr! Terrible! disaster all together at this location. Definitely moving my prescriptions somewhere else where they know customer service. ~Lourdes

The pharmacy is very understaffed. The lines are long. It's only a matter of time before someone passes out while standing in line. There's not even the pretense of privacy there. The pharmacist is overwhelmed, tried to be polite but missed the mark (an excuse is not the same as an apology). The pharmacy tech was downright rude. I prefer to drive down to the other store at Beatties Ford and Sunset. ~Jack

The employees here are always really nice, both at the front registers and in the pharmacy. I go here often for random stuff and prescriptions since I live within walking distance. I always get quick and friendly service. A solid CVS ~Jen

I have used this pharmacy for several years on and off. I feel like this store seems short staffed and has been for years (even prior to Covid). The pharmacy can definitely develop long lines during peak times and the staff seem slow to check people out to keep the line moving. The restocking of this store always seems quite slow. I have noticed many items out of stock for what seems like a month or more. There is a Red Box located right outside the store. This store has two self check out registers, which is convenient. ~Cynthia

This CVS is in walking distance to my house and I avoid it like the plague. The initial reason is because of the extremely high prices but, since everything is pricey today, that's a mute point. I've encountered the same male employee at almost all my visits,, who does not acknowledge or greet you, if he was not at the register, he'll get there when he gets there, and otherwise watches you while you shop. I DO NOT need or should expect that CVS allows this level of rudeness and inadequate customer service from employees while I spend my money. And even though my life would depend on whether I spend another dime at this location, DO BETTER SIR! you know who you are, Anybody else I've encountered has been pleasant. ~Ebony

I want to thank Mario for a really good vaccination experience. He was calm and friendly. I don’t get nervous about shots but I can imagine his great personality and vaccination skills would put any one at ease. What a great team member for your store! ~Dina

I would love to give this store negative ZERO stars if I could. The pharmacy. That pharmacy is HORRIBLE! They NEVER answer the phone. I've had to call inside the store more than once to let them know I and many other customers was at the drive thru. They charge different prices on the same script every month and the staff is always short and bothered by customers. It should be closed. Service would be better. ~Kita

Only pharmacy that has vietnamese prescription labels for my grandma and remember regulars. My grandma is very old-fashion and always gives me the bottles to refill instead of calling them or having our family to call. They are very understanding and I don't mind waiting or coming back on the same day. Very respectful staff and busy. ~Helen

Never adequately staffed. One pharmacy tech working and the current line to pick up prescriptions that are ready is 10 deep. Dirty, dingy, store. At least the pharmacy techs are friendly, that wasn’t always the case. The clientele is primarily Spanish speaking and they do not always have a staff member working who speaks Spanish, making communication difficult and time consuming, leading to longer lines. Text messages/updates don’t happen as they should. Frequently accosted by panhandlers as you enter/exit store. ~Erica

Literally wish I could give this place 0 stars. I was in there at 1:25 and they told me “we’re closed on lunch it’s after 1:30” When I told them it was 1:25 they went to look up the prescription and said it was on hold and they can’t help me until 2. They don’t need to worry about helping me because I won’t be back there ever again. Their pharmacists are rude as hell. Not sure why they can’t go on separate lunch shifts seeing as there’s 5 of them there mostly just standing around doing nothing. On top of that, the only reason I needed this prescription was because they were unable to fill my 3 month supply last time and only gave me 1 month.. literally this place is a joke. ~Kourtney
