I want to thank Mario for a really good vaccination experience. He was calm and friendly. I don’t get nervous about shots but I can imagine his great personality and vaccination skills would put any one at ease. What a great team member for your store!

I would not recommend this store to no one I was racially profiled because I had a book bag and because I was black they not knowing I am also a business owner I was followed all around the store and asked could they help me without me even talking to them or asking them for help I was the only one they did this to I also was the only black person in the store the first time I ever experienced this from a CVS corporate will be notified and my other colleagues of this misconduct of management

Went to pick up my med. Was told that it was on back order since December. Was told to start calling around to all the area CVS to see if they had it. Ask her to pull it up on computer to see if it was available at another store but was told she couldn’t do that because they don’t trust their inventory. Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot can tell you what store to go to if the store you are in doesn’t have it. Thought a place that sells controlled substances would have a reliable inventory.

If this place could get one prescription right, maybe I would give them 2 stars. Special thanks to Amber for making me run around for an extra 4 days when you were incorrect in the first place, and my script should have been filled the first time, just as it has been for several years. Then you weren’t even kind enough to try to explain to me. This is hard when your insurance company makes you use a certain pharmacy. Unbelievable.

I am disappointed to see this location reviewed as low as it is and it is probably because a couple disgruntled people left a review and the thousands that had good experience haven’t. This location has had to turn into a medical center. Even more crazy, they have to give shot to kids, including my reluctant 5 and 7 year olds. They were absolutely wonderful during the process. I would recommend them and make sure you give all the credits to the employees you can. I have never met an unprofessional one in the pharmacy or on the floor over two years of using them for all our prescriptions but now vaccinations as well as drug store needs for our family. Thank you to their team and keep up the good work!

The minute clinic staff and the individual that helps with the covid testing aren't helpful. I was not seen after scheduling an appointment. One pick up a can of disinfectant and act like she was going to spry it. It's really sad to have experience this today after the location in Steele creek provided such wonderful service last year. I would rather sit in the ER than to ever come back to this location for anything ever again.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I had to use the CVS Pharmacy on Park Cedar Drive in Pineville Mathews North Carolina for the last couple months as I was in town working. This particular pharmacy gets 0 stars in my books due to how rude the employees are back in the pharmacy area. I’m not talked my about just 1 time but many situations cause me to feel this way. I have always had good service at the other CVS pharmacy locations I use across the country. But this one is terrible. Absolutely rude is the best way I can describe the ladies I dealt with. The one that got under my skin the worst is named Gabby or something like that. I’m glad to be gone from there and no longer need to depend on that crew for customer service. Now with that being said, as a team customer service manager myself I blame this on the leadership of the store.

I have been using this pharmacy for the last six years for all of my prescriptions. The staff here is AWESOME. Ashley, Charles, Brittany, Viridiana, Gabrielle, and Mario are all great. They fill my prescriptions quickly, work quickly and are helpful. If something is in short supply they let me know ahead of time. I get text messgaes when my prescriptions are ready and the drive-thru pick up is usually pretty quick and efficient. Very grateful for the hard-working staff here.
