This CVS is in walking distance to my house and I avoid it like the plague. The initial reason is because of the extremely high prices but, since everything is pricey today, that's a mute point. I've encountered the same male employee at almost all my visits,, who does not acknowledge or greet you, if he was not at the register, he'll get there when he gets there, and otherwise watches you while you shop. I DO NOT need or should expect that CVS allows this level of rudeness and inadequate customer service from employees while I spend my money. And even though my life would depend on whether I spend another dime at this location, DO BETTER SIR! you know who you are, Anybody else I've encountered has been pleasant.

UPDATE: This CVS is going downhill. Drive-thru hours changed to closing at 5 p.m. and I just went into store and there were literally no employees on the floor. Stood at the register for more than 5 minutes and finally 2 employees came from the warehouse. If I were dishonest I could have walked right out of there with merchandise. I'm still bewildered of how this store makes a profit. Only went there tonight because it was close to my home. I've recently changed to another store location all together. It's ashame I have to go out of my way for my RX and other needs. This store truly does not care for its customers. Very disappointed in this store. Medications my family need are not properly stocked and find out last minute after prescriptions are called in. CVS Kendall needs to keep long-time patient prescriptions that are filled every month in stock. Very inconvenient to have to call provider to cancel and call in to another store or pharmacy. This takes hours if not days! Get it together CVS!!!

CSHR#1921486 STR#3896 Helped by: Ronald I had an unpleasant experience while shopping at a CVS store on Monday December 21, 2020. I first saw the gentleman while I was walking around shopping. He looked right at me and said nothing. I didn't know he worked there until later when I went to check out. I was standing at the register waiting because the other employee was helping someone in the photo section. He walked up, logged in, and still said nothing. No thank you for waiting or anything. As a matter of fact I greeted him first then he responded. He rang me up then asked if I had a CVS card. I pulled up the App on my phone and he scanned my card. I knew I had Extra Care Bucks so when he told me my total I wanted to make sure they were applied so pulled them up on the App. I had $20 in Extra Care Bucks. He said they weren't on my card. I showed him the App where it says they are. He again repeated that they weren't on the card. Then he told me I could contact corporate but didn't offer the number. No other assistance was given or offered. I don't know if he was having a bad day. I don't know if it was about race (he's White). I do know dealing with customers is difficult which is why I try to be as pleasant as possible. All I ask for is reciprocity🙄

Even though the lady at the window was very nice, how in the hell can CVS change the covid testing policy? I was denied a test WITH all signs of covid because I have NO insurance. My appointment was made Saturday so how can a policy change over night. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Everytime I come i this location I'm followed around. Or a security guard magically appears behind me when I'm headed to the register. 😕 And I visit this location weekly or biweekly. Well I used to. Tonight is my last time spending money with CVS

I shop at this CVS at least twice a week. The store is always clean and stocked. The staff members are always polite and helpful. The pharmacist's are more than helpful and very knowledgeable.

We switched from the Wilkinson Blvd. Belmont location a couple of years ago and the difference between them is NIGHT and DAY. The Belmont store has long had problems with DMD (Disaffected "fill-in-the-blank-undermotivated-inexperienced-don't do a lot for your paycheck-young-person" Disorder) and when you encounter folks at the Kendall Drive location (ALL of them, mind you) they're knowledgeable, helpful and understand WHY THEY'RE THERE in the FIRST PLACE. Congratulations and THANK YOU so much for knowing what it means to be professional. I just wish traffic wasn't so awful around your store. It's very difficult to get in and out of around rush hour times of day. *UPDATE* 2/02/2020* I've never been in the actual store before. (We always use the drive through and therefore the foregoing observations, I now realize, were PHARMACY DRIVE-THROUGH specific. Those folks are thoroughly professional.) Now, here's a TRUE story about the DMD pistol packing fake-cop (with the ponytail) who treated two elderly customers who approached the door at about two minutes after closing like they were Drug dealers. He actually began getting Freudianly affectionate with his sidearm when somebody who fit THAT description walked up to the door. (I saw it from a parked car.) Then he started fondling his knife, which tells me way more about his emotional stability than CVS's personnel department likely wishes to know. He slammed the door in the old couple's face. (Huh?) Once again, it appears the higher ups in CVS are residents of that SNL skit "Who works here?" (IF he DOESN'T work there, CVS had better look into why this guy was doing his best "Sieg Heil" impression on their property.) Here's what I can say, based on what I saw: If CRIME in and around that store is REALLY THAT bad. I won't visit that area again after dark. (Nice advertising!) It was just happenstance I was there in the first place. Not an attractive advertisement for an otherwise exemplary PHARMACY. (Maybe you can peel the pharmacy off from the rest of the store, or move the whole thing to a safer, less hostile area. That or hire less paranoid security...)

No other CVS compares. It is incredibly rare to find a great chain pharmacy, but this CVS is the most well run and caring one I've been to. When I lost my cat, they put up signs to help out. Even after moving, I travel 15+ miles just for the superior customer service.
