9 Best pharmacy in Charlotte, North Carolina (NC) 2024

I came in this morning to get my flu shot as I have for many years and was turned away because I didn’t have an appointment. It’s great that they are now offering Covid vaccinations at this location but they should be staffed appropriately to accommodate regular walk in traffic, too, for other routine vaccinations. There was no proactive communication to existing customers of their process change and given my health conditions, it was at great personal risk that I physically went in to the store. Additionally, the person I spoke at the check in table with was careless about keeping her mask on properly covering her nose. This experience has really soured me on Publix so unfortunately, after many years of patronage, I am transferring my prescriptions to my plan’s preferred pharmacy and taking my grocery business elsewhere. ~Victoria

I do not recommend getting your prescriptions at Walgreens. Most of the product comes from India which is not well regulated. They are so busy they do not have time to tell you anything about the medications you are taking. I can't blame the people who work there, but I will be moving my medications to a compounding pharmacy. ~Lisa

This CVS is in walking distance to my house and I avoid it like the plague. The initial reason is because of the extremely high prices but, since everything is pricey today, that's a mute point. I've encountered the same male employee at almost all my visits,, who does not acknowledge or greet you, if he was not at the register, he'll get there when he gets there, and otherwise watches you while you shop. I DO NOT need or should expect that CVS allows this level of rudeness and inadequate customer service from employees while I spend my money. And even though my life would depend on whether I spend another dime at this location, DO BETTER SIR! you know who you are, Anybody else I've encountered has been pleasant. ~Ebony

Very bad experience at photo service. Went there to take passport pictures for my 3 months old. The old man who works there wasn't helpful at all .they supposed to have like a white sheet to put underneath on the car seat or to put baby on his/her back they don't have that I think they take pictures only for older people. Order a pick up and my bag missing the main items I ordered. They simply said bring back for a refund. I am so mad wasting my time to order and come to this store.No appology, they act like that normal not value customer time at all. I ll stay away from. Walgreens from now. ~Jason

The pharmacist and pharmacy technicians at this location are amazing. They are so kind and helpful during what I imagine is a stressful time for them. Getting my covid vaccine was a breeze and they were beyond profesional and knowledgeable. ~Rachel

Only pharmacy that has vietnamese prescription labels for my grandma and remember regulars. My grandma is very old-fashion and always gives me the bottles to refill instead of calling them or having our family to call. They are very understanding and I don't mind waiting or coming back on the same day. Very respectful staff and busy. ~Helen

Marissa is an incredible pharmacist at this pharmacy and dedicated to her patients. She went above an beyond to get the medications I needed. She was so patient, helpful, and knowledgeable and I cannot thank her enough for all she has done. ~Puja
