Only pharmacy that has vietnamese prescription labels for my grandma and remember regulars. My grandma is very old-fashion and always gives me the bottles to refill instead of calling them or having our family to call. They are very understanding and I don't mind waiting or coming back on the same day. Very respectful staff and busy.

We finally went to Kaitlyn's Pharmacy on South Tryon, after moving to Charlotte 4 years ago. We found they are the only pharmacy in Steele Creek that provides Covid boosters with no appointment having to be made a month out. That's the main reason we went. We found, however, more than we expected... kindness and professionalism, and a pharmacy where we felt important and well cared for. A small place, with a perfect variety of product as well. We will change over from our regular pharmacy. Thank you so much for our experience today. We will certainly be back.

It was terrible. I called in to reschedule a vaccine appointment for my brother. The guy didn’t even put me on hold. I heard him and a coworker talking in the background and questioning as to why I keep calling to switch my brothers appointment. Then the guy comes to the phone and say “let me have you phone number and I’ll call you back because you keep switching times”. Not professional at all. He’s lucky that I kept my mouth shut. Then at the end, once everything was switched, he then said “are you sure you’re not going to call back to switch appointments again?” I’m never coming back to this pharmacy again. Also my mom had called last week to schedule a COVID vaccine. I’m guessing the pharmacist wife had picked up the phone, my mom did not get a professional greeting, but instead the lady said “nói đi”, to translate that, it means “speak”. I myself was also a pharmacy technician at Walgreens, if I was to ever speak like this or act like this towards any of our customers, I would’ve been fired a long time ago. Please teach your workers customer service etiquette and the correct respectful way they should talk to their customers.

BEST Pharmacy you could ever go to!!! I have been going there for almost 2 years now and great people, prices, and speed! This is the kind of place you want to go back to weather you need medicine or not. They are always very friendly and VERY fast. I have never waited more than 10 minutes to get anything filled..... even when I did not call ahead (which I always forget to call ahead). Never the less they are always happy to help. Seriously people stop going to the chain pharmacies and go to Kaitlyn's you will not be disappointed. I will go to them for as long as I live in the charlotte area even if I have to go out of my way.

I have used Kaitlyns pharmacy for years now. They are always very helpful, patient and kind. In recent years my other family members have started using them, and they love it also. The care and service is so much nicer than what you receive at some of the larger chain pharmacies.

This is by far the best pharmacy ever!! If you care about service and wait time, you will find yourself using them for every single Rx. You never wait more than 15 minutes or you can have it delivered. I am disabled and I don't know what I would do without the delivery service. Tung and his staff are the most knowledgeable people you will ever find. In a big box store culture it's nice to have a small company doing such a great job. Thanks Tung and staff!!!!

When my elderly mother got sick and did not have insurance he help us to get everything we needed and told us what to do and I really appreciated that from him. He also gives very good advice on herbal medicines.
