Do not come here. There was a glitch with my insurance information (I am military) and instead of being treated with respect and courtesy of this being my second attempt to retrieve my medication, the manager was rude and disrespectful. Another employee attempted to take my phone from me. Only one employee actually listened and tried to assist me. I’m never coming here again. Poor customer service and definitely lacking in the professional department.

The Spanish workers in this location seem not to be interested in helping any thats not Spanish. I couldn't get 2 of the cashiers to help me find something when there was no one in the line. Then when I checked out the the cashier didn't want to hand me my items.

Never adequately staffed. One pharmacy tech working and the current line to pick up prescriptions that are ready is 10 deep. Dirty, dingy, store. At least the pharmacy techs are friendly, that wasn’t always the case. The clientele is primarily Spanish speaking and they do not always have a staff member working who speaks Spanish, making communication difficult and time consuming, leading to longer lines. Text messages/updates don’t happen as they should. Frequently accosted by panhandlers as you enter/exit store.

The incompetence of this pharmacy is borderline criminal. Even if you call in advance to double & triple check something, there are always issues. Communication, organization & overall customer experience is atrocious. Do not trust important matters to this pharmacy where possible & plan in advance for unnecessary hassle & mistakes if required to use them by your doctor.

There is always am issue when picking up prescriptions at this location. The associates are not customer service friendly. I went to pick some prescriptions two days ago. I get there at 7:54 and there is one car in line. The lady hands the prescription to the person in front of me, looked at me and walked away from the window. I pulled up and sat for 4 mins. I see the lady when pulled up and assumed she would help. After waiting, I pushed the bell and waited. Another lady comes to the window and says, we close at 8. I stated that I had been waiting for 5 mins and that the lady saw me. I asked why wasn't I helped when the lady knew I was at the window. She said, she didn't know. I said, don't worry about it because I'm going to call and make a complaint because that's not good customer service. The other lady then walks over and said, I didn't see you. Well, I did see you, but I asked someone else if they were going to help you and they gave me a thumbs up. Why? When you saw me, that you didn't help me. They are the worst!

Hey CVS. Thought you should be aware. I scheduled a Covid test a week and a half in advance, for texts the same day of my appointment reminding me to come to it…only to get for a closed drive-thru, go inside and be told that ALL the techs are sick with the VERY thing we are getting tested for, and that they won’t do any testing for a while. When I asked them why we weren’t notified, we were simply told that we would be notified once the system notified us…after we had already showed up for our appointment!? We were also given a number to reschedule the appointment, which we dialed, went through the processes, only for the automated system to tell us they can’t reschedule over the phone, but could schedule a new appointment. So we pressed THAT prompt, and were informed that they don’t actually do scheduling over the phone! So, at this point, I am very upset and called corporate, asking kindly to speak with a supervisor. I was transferred by a very helpful customer service rep…to a number that was disconnected!! The only reason we were getting tested was so my wife could go back to her college classes. We were informed by the school that if we do not promptly show tests results, there would be disciplinary action. So, if disciplinary action is taken before our next Covid test (assuming CVS doesn’t cancel and then not tell us again), please be prepared to be held accountable in a monetary fashion for the classes we might have to be reimbursed for.

While waiting in line, I heard multiple ppl claim the cvs app showed their orders as filled but the tech "couldn't find them". Are they just stealing people's prescriptions? I'm not really sure how you lose someone's medicine.

Pharmacy is extremely unprofessional. As a provider calling in a prescription for a client, it’s imperative that we’re able to get through to the pharmacist. Three times we placed a call, was abruptly placed on hold, then we were hung up on. Three times in a row. I’ve never dealt with a pharmacy as rude and negligent as this one.
