Order a pick up and my bag missing the main items I ordered. They simply said bring back for a refund. I am so mad wasting my time to order and come to this store.No appology, they act like that normal not value customer time at all. I ll stay away from. Walgreens from now.

Excruciatingly slow service. Cashier did not offer to help my disabled father with the large item he was forced to carry across the store with his teeth (!). Only reason this place is getting more than one star is that I was eventually able to get most of what I needed here.

Staff at this location is phenomenal. I appreciate the world class service they provide. I had the pleasure of working with Truman. It is refreshing to run into people who are genuinely nice and caring.

Regarding the pharmacy: Poor communication (and no communication on partial refills, 2x now in the past few months), already trying to avoid one not-so-nice associate, and other issues make picking up a prescription a hassle with multiple trips to pharmacy. Update: Another issue...smh Lesson learned: if trying to pick up a prescription then call first to make sure that everything is in order. Will be switching once my prescription card expires. Update: or switching sooner as these problems keep occurring.

I had my 1st appointment for my 1st dose of Covid vaccine. They scheduled my second dose in Kings Mountain. I did not have a way to get that far. I canceled the appointment and then tried to reschedule. The website would say that they had appointments. But when I tried to schedule it would say no appointments. I called the pharmacy explained what was happening and they put me on a call if they had a cancelled appointment or one left at the end if the day. They did call and I immediately called them back, but they had no idea why I was called. Not just once but three times this happened. So I stopped by the pharmacy waited in line. To ask for help Was ask several questions as if I were trying to do something wrong. Was told we will call you if we have anything. At this point I am 6 days past my schedule for my second dose. Do they care apparently not. I won’t ever step foot back in a walgreens stores. If one of my 250 parents ask for a pharmacy recommendations for their child’s medicine. It won’t be Walgreens.

I received my result next day in 26 hrs). I would highly recommend this store if you need to go for Covid test and you are in hurry for getting the result.

I was helped by stacie in the nearest walgreens, she just started in that store and she went above and beyond to help me. I am visiting from NY and we had such a great conversation and she helped me find everything I needed. I came in looking for lysol wipes and hand sanitizer and she made it a point to tell me when they are getting their next delivery. She called me to tell me they came in. She went above and beyond to help me and im so grateful to have met her. The store Manager there was so nice too. The best walgreens I have ever been too. Thankyou so much for a wonderful experience👍Sandi Goodwin😊

The store is the typical Walgreen’s but they had a cashier working the front cash register. The woman was nice but she had a cold and had a runny nose. She was wiping her nose and then was touching the stuff she was ringing up. You go to Walgreens to get stuff to help you while you are sick, you don’t go there to get sick. Bad management obviously.

Prescription called in at 9am. Not filled till 1pm. Wrong prescription filled then sent me to a different Rite Aid because they ended up not having it. Pharmacy staff were very rude. I'm hate having to switch because it's so close to my house but I'm not going to deal with rude people.
