I, personally have received great service from my Toyota. I have at times gotten extra perks such as help walking up to the waiting area, payment taken in waiting area (not long walk back to service area), and car brought to me at door. The service record keeping always matches my log book for what my car needs. The tech always makes sure what I need, how much I want done at the time, and that I am aware of the approximate cost. Thank You Guys!!

I spoke with all of the Toyota dealerships in and around Charlotte while trying to find a new car, and Toyota of Gastonia far exceeded my experience with the others. Other dealerships would call me randomly and ask questions I had already answered. It seemed like they had no record of their past communications with me, which made me feel like my business was not important to them and that they didn't have respect for my time. Chris Hughes, on the other hand, was in touch regularly and clearly took notes and remembered what I was looking for and why. He was patient with me as I tried to decide what car I wanted to get, and was able to find the perfect match once I made up my mind. The financing process was clear and straightforward as well, and their prices and warranties are better than what the other dealerships offer.

The buying experience here was fantastic. Desmond was our salesman and went above and beyond to ensure we got what we wanted. We bought a new 4runner trail edition and love it. Desmond was great to communicate with us and keep us informed on what they were getting in new through allocation. The buying experience has changed since we bought our last vehicle in 2018 but Desmond made it easy for us putting a deposit down and getting the options we wanted. All in all it was a great experience thanks to Desmond. He is a great guy very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He was great to communicate with and always quick to respond. I came here directly after making an appointment at the Toyota of Charlotte (South Blvd). The location on South Blvd was VERY unhelpful and misquoted the price. However, the staff at the Gastonia location were extremely kind and gracious. They fixed my issue quickly and efficiently with SIGNIFICANTLY less cost on the same day WITHOUT my having an appointment. They were wonderful and I sincerely appreciated the service.

Excellent experience. I arrived mid morning with no appointment on a busy week day, but they got me in right away. Mark addressed my issue and gave me his text number to stay in contact. Turned out I needed a new tire which was covered under the warranty from another dealership. Mark took care of all the billing arrangements directly with the other dealer so that I didn’t even have to file a claim or wait for reimbursement. Top notch service.

Mark Linton was a life saver, literally. I had a pretty severe issue come up rather unexpectedly with the brakes on my work truck yesterday (7/14/2022). I called Mark at 2:15 pm, explained the situation, and he said bring it in and they would help. Now as a person who formerly did Mark’s job, I knew that was a tremendous ask for mid afternoon on a this type of job. When I got to Toyota of Gastonia Mark greeted me, took all the pertinent information and said we’ll get it taken care of for you. I waited in the wonderful amenity waiting area where I had plenty of room to fire up the laptop and get some work done. The time flew by and in just a shade over three (3) hours from the time I arrived my truck was ready with new breaks and safe to drive. I want to thank Mark, the technicians, and the rest of the Team at Toyota of Gastonia for an awesome experience. Like I said earlier I’ve done Mark’s job and been around dealerships, and I will say the Toyota of Gastonia does it right in my opinion, plus they have a fantastic coffee machine. Brian K.
