Hello: This was my first Toyota and first time interacting with any Toyota Dealer and I am 40 years old. I have never even ridden in any Toyota before. I had a wonderful experience with Vann York Toyota. My sales rep Shane did a great job with communication and professionalism. Shane let us know the minute our new Tacoma arrived at the lot. We were there the same day to pick it up. A very smooth process. They even got me some refreshments while we were signing the paperwork. Also, Luis Nunez did a fantastic job with the financing and answered all of our questions we had. You can tell Luis knows what he is doing which made the buying process comfortable. Both Shane and Luis made our first time buying a Toyota a remarkable experience. We really appreciate the great service in these trying times!! Thank you! I absolutely love my 2022 Tacoma SR. Truly love the environment here at Vann York Toyota. They have a very nice/friendly staff that does a great job. I would personally recommend Charles Martin as a sales person, and Luis was a outstanding finical advisor, couldn't have done it without their help. I had a great experience with the purchase of a new RAV4. The salesman Jerome Johnson was very knowledgeable about the product and was a joy to work with. He advised me on several options and looked after my interests as if it was his money. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t want and kept me informed throughout the process. The financial department was equally friendly and cooperative. The also didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t want and made the experience very pleasant. The complete process took less than an hour and everyone made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I highly recommended Vann York Toyota to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Greg was absolutely great. I called multiple dealers in my area just to get told to forget about getting anything TRD, just for greg to get me my dream car in less than an hour. He didnt just treat me like any other customer, he was super detail oriented and his communication is phenomenal. Him along with Luis made my experience unreal and even beat the terms i has brought to the table!
