It's the best big lots in the area. But I only know of this one and the one in hot springs. Still I've been to a lot of them from Arkansas to California and it's pretty good. It's always clean, organized and good selection. You can just tell it's a pretty well run store.

Awful shopping experience, manly lady up front asks me to leave my bag up front before entering the store. I’m brown & none of the people carrying purses in the store were asked to leave theirs up front. I asked to speak to management & the overgrown twunk came to the front & asked what was wrong. I said “I’m not here to steal s***” & he immediately raises his voice & says “YOU DON’T HAVE TO USE THAT LANGUAGE”. You don’t have to racially profile me mam. I said “have fun spending the bulk of your life at Big Lots” & then walked away. Awful discriminatory store, messy queen as manager & miserable old hag on front. Avoid like the plague. If management actually knew how to do their job they wouldn’t have to worry about harassing innocent customers

A little unorganized on my visit but they were also unloading a bunch of inventory. Just wish they had picked better hours or I had to go shopping. Lol other than that very decent.

I was in search of a particular item. I found said item at the Big Lots in Benton. I live in Hot Springs. Justin assisted me with my items and a young man by the name Campbell were spot on. Their customer service was great and they both helped me throughout the store. I will drive 30 minutes away to this location at any given time. Justin, you are the man! Also, thank you to Jonathon for assisting me over the phone with my purchase. Great job Big Lots in Benton!

Good place, I found what I was looking for and then some. Our checker, Tripp, was very nice and attentive! People like him are nice to talk to while shopping. I will come back again.

I absolutely love Big lots and it's one of my favorite stores to go to! They had so many good deals on food especially and drinks so whenever I get ready to buy all that kind of stuff Big lots is where I go! I just don't like how they remodeled the store how you have to get to the register it's like going through a maze and I wish they put it back like they had it before because everything was so easy to get to but not now!
