They are rude and unprofessional. I tried calling them this afternoon to ask if they have flea medicine for dogs and they picked and said nothing and when I said hello they hung up...I called back and same thing...I called them 4 different times before I said I was going to complain...then they quit answering the phone

They usually have what I need. Store almost always looks in disarray, with partially stocked merchandise in the way. Usually a slow line for checkout with one cashier. Self-checkout is operational only about half the time. Staff are usually nice and helpful.

Doing most of my Pandemic shopping at DG. Usually go to Congo Road, but this store has more variety and is better stocked. There is usually more people at this one though. But staff do wear masks. I am always buying milk. This store has whole, 1%, 2%, and skim so I shop here when doing a milk run.

Just went in there to get a few last minute gifts for coworkers and I had 2 coffee cups and 2 wine glasses. One of the wine glasses hit one of the racks they always have their ton of over stock in the aisles on. It broke. I offered to pay for it the man rudely responded I had No choice. I offered to clean it up and he said no I'll get it but next time be smart enough to grab a buggy.... Don't shop this location unless i have to for this reason

You know, I have made fun of Dollar General for having a store on every corner in the south. But they have saved me twice recently when I needed something in a hurry in route somewhere. And their employees are always courteous. So Dollar General, may you find many more corners!

Good service and things are pretty easy to find. Occasionally you get the cashier who's had a long day and just ready to be home, but if you've ever worked in retail and customer service, you should understand the toll it takes on you.

Regarding the two previous negative reviews, I happened to be in line behind these two rude customers on this particular day. I overheard one of them say that they were going to leave a negative review and "F***" this store up, and that is the reason I felt compelled to follow up with the facts. They were EXTREMELY rude to the cashier and manager, claiming they found a moldy lunchable meal. The cashier stated that it looked like a chip in the salsa and called the manager. The manager apologized, and thanked them for bringing it to his attention. They were trying to get items for free, asking for discounts and such. After they loudly left the store, I witnessed the manager scan the lunchable with a scanner gun and throw it in the garbage. He told the cashier he was going to then check the others in the cooler. The cashier even apologized to me for having to wait on these two and their rude display. The staff here is SO much nicer than the old staff, and always willing to help me when I am in the store. Oh, and I've known the manager in question for weeks now, and he happens to SMOKE, not dip.... Stop with the false accusations! My husband, girls and I LOVE this store and crew and will not shop at any other Dollar General store! ♥️

I was very displeased with the entire operation! I gave a lunchable to the cashier because it had mold growing in the salsa. He said no it's just a chip and the manager put it back on the shelf! I don't think chips turn green and fuzzy... I was so mad. What if a child eats it not realizing? They were both rude. It looked like the manager was dipping while talking to me. I was irritated at the whole experience.

They only ever have two employees at the busiest times so there’s always a really long line you will be waiting forever just to check out. When you finally get to the checkout their card machines either don’t work properly or the workers don’t know what they are doing because the machine makes you repeatedly take your card out and put it back in. Don’t go to this one unless you really need to.
