My Niece gave him monies to buy a vehicle from this business/owner! Out of 1500.00 she's paid to him after she didn't buy the vehicle and he was suppose to/promise to return her monies! To date, he has paid her only 400.00! Not good business practice! Not very trustworthy! It takes a long time to establish trust nowadays! Why would this business put his business in an unfavorable light! I am praying he will do the right thing! And immediately! Hello: This was my first Toyota and first time interacting with any Toyota Dealer and I am 40 years old. I have never even ridden in any Toyota before. I had a wonderful experience with Vann York Toyota. My sales rep Shane did a great job with communication and professionalism. Shane let us know the minute our new Tacoma arrived at the lot. We were there the same day to pick it up. A very smooth process. They even got me some refreshments while we were signing the paperwork. Also, Luis Nunez did a fantastic job with the financing and answered all of our questions we had. You can tell Luis knows what he is doing which made the buying process comfortable. How to began, first off Vann York wasn’t my choice I was referred to them by a close friend. I had been in contact with two other dealerships, even visited one because their site said they had pickup trucks. Long story short neither of these dealers seemed very interested in ordering a truck for me. I knew what I wanted, I would have been happy with a used one, but not for the price I was offered a used one for. We were talking a savings of about $3k-$4k that just didn’t make sense to pay that little bit less for a used one. My truck was totaled so I had no vehicle I was able to borrow one from family, but anyway I called Vann York never even went there. The guy calls me back I believe Isaac which is no longer there, but none the less gets my order sends over some DocuSign papers has me do a deposit tells me my truck will be in between 90-120 days. Good deal so couple months in my order has changed status from GM, Vann York let’s me know about the order status and when I could possibly see my truck. Mark Edward’s ends up becoming my sales rep never met him never stepped foot on the property until I went to pick my truck up which ended up being around the 113 day mark. Mark was super nice I didn’t feel rushed he was very eager to answer any questions I had if he didn’t know the answer he found out. Kenny the finance person I met him again super great guy, very friendly just a phenomenal staff from what I can tell at Vann York. Best part is if they don’t have the vehicle you want they are not afraid to order it for you. I’m super happy with my new truck, the wait was definitely worth it I could not be happier.
